The showroom displayed products well. All staff we dealt with were knowledgable & excellent. Prices were competitive for the quality. Installers were great. My only issue was the 2 month delay from the order to install. Set your expectations accordingly. I will use again in the future & highly recommend Wynstan for your blinds/window needs.

The quote for two Wynstan CrimSafe Doors was quite reasonable, the gentleman who quoted and the other gentleman that installed them were efficient, on time and very polite. I am very happy with the quality of both doors, I had previously spent a large amount of money on so called 'crimsafe doors' that did not last. I am sure the ones I now have will do the job. Thankyou to Wynstan.

Didnt start off too well but when it finally arrived the door was extremely well manufactured, the inset dog entry was the best l have had and the actual installation of the dog entry was absolutely amazing. My previous dog entry was nothing in comparison. Highly recommend Wynstan.

Excellent customer service when considering options for plantation shutters, knowledgeable and courteous staff member Ann in the showroom at Caringbah.
Advisor Jerome came to my home to recommend the best options for my situation. He was an excellent consultant and gave me great advice.
Finally, Bill came to measure up, and ultimately installed the shutters. He was super efficient, and the shutters were installed without a problem, and they are great.
I could not be happier with the whole experience, kudos to the team.

Consultant for measure and quote was punctual, friendly and helpful. I placed my order on the day, and the blinds were installed as scheduled. Installers were punctual and professional. Blinds look good and I am happy that the "vertical blinds" don't look and feel like "plastic" and are better than the previous blinds from 10 years ago. Regular price was comparable to other suppliers, and the final price was much lower due the "promotion" at the time.
(Only downside was that the process took several weeks as per their upper estimate. This is understandable for custom made blinds - but still frustrating. I am still waiting for quotes from some other suppliers so Wynstan is definitely better than some other well-known names and I would use Wynstan again.)

Wynstan and their team are great… responsive, no pressure, plenty of information and no rush… the installers are also great. Highly recommend.

Had Brendan out for a quote on two security doors. He was friendly, professional and competitively priced compared to my other quote. Jay completed the installation, he was also very friendly and professional. I highly recommend Wynston with a Y to anybody

Wynstan were quick to quote and price, we went ahead, competitive price. Installer was very thorough having to come back to fix something, wasn’t charged balance until job completed. Highly recommend. Our security door is great.

I found Wynstans service excellent, fitting was booked in quickly, turned up on time, early actually.
Blinds were completed ahead of schedule and look great.

One of the blinds that was fitted required a side panel to be placed on it as it was missed in measure and quote.
I contacted the company who immediately responded to my concerns and have promptly got the Installer to re-fit a new one.
The bracket was not exactly right but the Installer Mahir was very quick to be able to action a solution which was able to fix the problem.
The simple mistake that was made was graciously acknowledged by the company and the Installer and fixed very promptly which was greatly appreciated

Wynstan did a great job with our replacement Crimsafe front security door: around four weeks from measurement and order to installation. The installer, Mahir did an excellent job as well, and tidied and cleaned up afterwards, which is a rare thing these days! Very happy with our Crimsafe security door.
