Ordered 2 beds, 1 arrived but both said delivered with the same tracking number, contacted customer support who said they would contact some one else then ring me back, they never did, I had to chase them up and still had no answers, then a replacement order arrived, didn't even know it was coming... Customer service pretty poor!

The product is absolute garbage.
Flimsy materials, very poor tolerances, overly complex design and assembly coupled with incredibly poor assembly instructions with key features missed or unclear.
Do not buy.
Update:
Pointless "lip service" reply from yimbly.com Customer Service below, which provided zero response in terms of "so that we can address this with you and find a resolution".

Very bad delivery experience
Very bad delivery experience, the product is good ,but the curier DHL is very bad as they didn't even try to deliver the parcel, I had to go and collect it from their depot and waiste 1h of my life, I will buy more products, but I if you deliver again with DHL I will not buy anything, DHL is probably the worst delivery company in UK.

Easy to order. Good price. Arrived on time. Colour rather bright, not grey more of a silver.
Chairs good. Table quite wobbly not as secure as expected but kept set as only used occasionally.
