Product is top quality and delivered quickly. My only gripe is the last couple of inches on the rise can get a bit heavy (25" monitor and laptop).

An excellent desk and good install
An excellent desk and the installation engineer was timely, polite and very efficient. But I had to chase to get an installation date and it was 2 weeks late. That wasn’t ideal. But I am really loving the desk - it has revolutionised my working day.

Initial issue with delivery - but it was sorted in the end by the company (the item came from Germany - unlike stated in the website.)
Desk top riser is as described and is easy to raise. It has only just arrived so it's too early for a full review.

loving the new desk riser - good for my back!
The one i ordered wasn't in stock and with no due date but it did show as stock on the website (this is my only reason for the 4). I was offered a different desk, the cube one for the same price and took that instead. It arrived promptly and was easy to set up. I've been using it for just over 2 weeks and it really feels like it's helping my back problems and posture a lot. My partner has since also bought one as impressed by it.

Excellent desk
Received my desk with free installation yesterday, I'm very glad I got it installed as reading the setup manual I think it would have been beyond me. Installation was very professional, arrived on time and with no complaints.
The desk is extremely solid and I'm very glad for the memory settings as I'm finding I'm putting it into stand mode about once an hour!
One reason I got rid of my old desk is because it had a permanent squeak: I'm glad to say this one is silent, and when it moves up and down nothing on the surface gets disturbed.

Product is good but very poor buying…
Product is good but very poor buying experience.
I downloaded the sales brochure from website to choose my desk and then got charged a higher price than brochure as they had price increase, I contacted them but was told “yeah we had price increase” then ignored my reply email.
Receipt also said 1-2 days delivery and nothing turned up, when I contacted them they said they were waiting for stock and got following week.
Not one for bad reviews but I was not impressed , I would shop elsewhere as lots of desk risers available.

Beware of installation risks and challenges!
I bought the yo-yo desk Pro 3 via one of the online retailers which they sell through.
The product is solid, sturdy and looks like something which would cost a grand. The main negative are the instructions - there may as well be written in a language which you don't speak for all the use they are! And in terms of instructions for things other than the core desk, there aren't any!
My DIY skills are reasonable (I wouldnt profess to being an expert nor a novice) but I'd suggest that anyone buying this should definitely take advantage of the free installation offer, even though it might take 1-2 weeks longer.
One of the most awkward things about building it is getting the two parts of desk top (i.e. the parts of the 'L' shape which go perpendicular to each other) precisely level. There isn't anything in the kit which enables you to do this so I've bought an extra bracket (only costs £2 or so for a packet of 10 from any DIY shop) to fit to the underside to join them together better. No-one wants a desk with a step in the middle.
For a product with this cost, it should either come as one piece of desktop or it should be better set up to deliver a level surface via extra brackets etc OR they should be clearer when they sell it that they recommend you do not install it yourself and get their people to do it. At least with them installing it they should take the risk of it not being level.
Setting aside this whinges though, the product looks good and does what it suggests!

Excellent product
Excellent product, easy to use, having suffered with back pain I was interested in the product to allow me to have the option to stand while working, but I was also a bit worried that using the mechanism might be enough to trigger my back, but it's so easy to use without any amount of pressure, I would highly recommend it.

Great Product Highly Recomended
A standing desk set up was recommended by my physio as part of the ongoing management of a serious shoulder condition which causes significant pain. The service from Yo-Yo was excellent and whilst I'll admit to being sceptical about the benefits of a standing desk, I've been using this for 2 weeks now and I'm already a fan as it has made an immediate difference to my comfort whilst working and the mechanism for moving it up and down is very smooth and feels sturdy at all times. If like me you are worried about getting used to using it then 'don't be' as it really does feel very natural to use. I'd recommend getting the mat as well as that also makes a considerable difference to your comfort during the standing periods.

Poor outsourced delivery provider
Ordering for 1-2 business day delivery was easy, but was disappointed to receive a call to say that their outsourced delivery provider was delivering items damaged. The only way to ensure it arrived in good condition was to wait up to 2 weeks for their own installation team to deliver. I needed it fast as part of my injury recovery programme. They did however manage to deliver as soon as possible, within a week, which was appreciated. I strongly hope they find a reliable delivery provider soon.

We still haven't received the desks we paid for. I have written several times to to ask to remove the VAT from the invoice and to order another desk, I haven't received any answer.
