From start to finish I found all employees very professional and helpful. All timelines were met and the two tradesmen fitting my new doors did a great job. Very happy.

It's the first time we've dealt with Yorkshire Windows and the first time getting new windows on our first home! We gathered various quotes from local companies and Yorkshire Windows were without a doubt the most honest out of all. Nathan was clear about which windows needed replacing and didn't just suggest he quoted us for all new windows like other companies had been doing. The installation process was extremely quick and straight forward too. Would certainly recommend!

I’m most upset that despite using this company to completely fit windows, doors and a conservatory to 2 houses over the years, when I need to call them out to fix a front door that I can’t shut, because if I do I’m trapped inside the house, they say they are in the area and will sort it out for me. Then they don’t turn up that day or the next day, knowing full well that I’m going away and I’m not overly keen to have a front door swinging open for the duration of my holiday. They obviously think that’s ok. I might have been pleased with their initial work but after sales is appalling.

Re their response, no they aren’t in touch with me to sort this problem out. I’m still waiting for a date and feel very forgotten.

Darrel did come out and was brilliant. Restored my faith and fixed the problem very quickly. Something did go wrong in the communication department but I’m glad to say it’s all sorted now. Now I’ve calmed down I have to say they are a good company and I would recommend them. Thank you Darrel. I’ve given you some stars back!

Sales, Installation Team (Office) and Installation Team were all efficient and helpful.
Staged payment requests we found a little too pushy and instant. This did not detract from overall service.
Small defects were attended to efficiently and with speed.

The surveyor was pleasant, and the young Man who fitted the door was a perfectionist, and made a fabulous job of the fitting. I would highly recommend Yorkshire windows, and would definitely use them again.

Disappointing customer service.
Ordered 2 sets of aluminium doors, which got damaged during installation, whilst I appreciate accidents can happen, the resolution should be simple. After 12 months of having them touched up and completely re sprayed (not our preferred choice) they finally agreed to replace the worst of the 2 sets, this was after the manufacturer visited to inspect and agreed the finish was unacceptable. 4 months after completion a unit failed and ‘fogged’ up, 9 weeks later we are still waiting for it to be replaced with no date on the horizon, despite the new unit being in stock. Very poor customer service would NOT recommend this company to anyone.

Each part of the process from initial visit, survey and installation was carried out in a friendly, professional manner. Some additional work had to be done post installation to redo some plaster work but that was undertaken promptly and without quibble. All in all a first class service from a first class company.

This man came into my home and tried selling my 90 year old grandma 8windows and 3 doors !

She needed one window as seal had gone. Pure clowns and scammers !

They bullied her into handing over 1800 cash as deposit and trading standards are looking into this

Representative from Yorkshire windows turned up at the appointed time. Measured up the replacement window site and gave a fair estimate of price and installation date.
The window fitters turned up on the date promised at the time agreed. The window was fitted quickly and the areas cleaned up after the fitting. The fitters were friendly and informative. Yorkshire windows payment policy is also fair. I.e a deposit followed by the main payment and a final balance payment only paid when the windows are fitted and the customer satisfied.

This was the 4th time in 26 years I have used Yorkshire Windows. I now don't even bother phoning anyone else. There prices are competitive, their sales team are professional, efficient and friendly and I always have complete confidence that the quality of the service, installation, items supplied and after care will be top notch. And they didn't disappoint on this last installation of a new front door. The installer, Darren, turned up in the recent blizzard and assured me he had brought his bad weather kit - turned out to be a bobble hat - had to laugh. The new front door is, again, of high quality, the installation went smoothly and was up to the high standard that Yorkshire Windows always supplies. I have just had to use their after sales service for the first time as I need extra keys. I am delighted with the whole operation from start to finish. Huge thanks to Elizabeth, Nathan and especially Darren - hope the numerous cups of tea helped warm your hands!!

Yorkshire windows would highly recommend to use this company. Got in touch with this company to ask about to replace my windows. They sent out a sales designer called David Evens to my home address. could not fault this person at all went through all the different types and styles of windows that were available to me. David was extremely professional no hard sale. not pushy to get me to order. The price he quoted for me was acceptable for the amount of windows that I required .
After I placed order for windows the company keep me updated with the progress of my order as it processed through the various stages and departments. excellent service.
Day of installation the team turned up on time. Darren Bilewicz and his team could not fault them truly professional and hard working in what they do. Great professionals and highly recommended working for this company. workmanship outstanding. quality and professional of work truly outstanding.
