Kong Floppy Knot Toys
First time I've used this company and found it while looking for toys for my friend's 2 little dogs. I contacted the company to ask for info about the toys and received a reply very quickly following which I placed my order. Toys arrived very quickly. Many thanks for a brilliant service - I'm sure I will be using again.

Hi Robert, Many thanks for your comments. I can see that your order was placed on Friday after 12 noon and was therefore dispatched on Monday. It is now out for delivery today (2nd March) which is within our 2-3 day delivery time as stated on the delivery pages of our website. The emails you will have received from us would have been to advise of the received order and then the shipping, any subsequent emails regarding delivery would come directly from the courier as they provide the delivery updates. I have tried to call you today to discuss your order and answer any questions you might have but have been unable to reach you.
