I stumbled upon this app because I needed questions about my Autumn since we had to go to the emergency vet clinic today but the vet was not as helpful as I thought they would, unfortunately they just handed medication with out proper instructions(which made me nervous).. so I googled everything(of course who wouldn’t) but I came across Fuzzy, so I downloaded this app and I came across Jamie who HELPED ME TREMENDOUSLY she literally reassures me and gave so much information about what medication my Autumn is taking and what to look out for and also provided links for her current condition, I really can’t thank her enough and what really made this experience great she requested I do a follow up with her just to see how Autumn is doing. I can’t thank her enough! Jamie great service great information and over all wonderful service! round of applause to you Jamie! Thank you.

LJ was extreme helpful with diagnosing my stray kittens age, eye and nose gunk, and giving me the necessary products I need to help nurse my kitten back to health. I wanted to try this out for the free trial but I will definitely be getting the yearly subscription!

This app was wonderful! I picked up a stray cat (I think he was dumped) and he needed a good bath and some TLC. I realized he has an ear problem in both ears. The vet I worked with was quick, communicated clearly, made suggestions, and was able to get a diagnosis with the photo I sent. At least I have somewhere to start now! So happy with how easy this was and how nice the Vet was!

A wonderful service every pup parent should have! The team at Fuzzy has been wonderful and accomdating to all my specific circumstances and are there to support me over any issue regardless of how minimal. Training tips, health plans, specific product recommendations, they handle it all and leave you a happy pup parent with less anxiety

I really appreciate LJ for helping me better understand what was going on with my 8-month cavapoo, Milo. She was very patient and really understanding. I can’t even put into words how grateful I am. She sent articles related to Milo’s experience and it really helped me have a better understanding. She also recommended some great products to try out for him. I am just so relieved I was able to speak with someone and might I add I’m glad it was her. She really gave me a peace of mind because I was so worried about him. Thank you so much LJ! While searching to find a vet for our pup who is having an ear issue I came across Fuzzy. I started a free trial membership, downloaded their app to check it all out. There is so much information about caring for your pets, training your pets and pet supplies. There is also a chat option available where you can speak with a vet 24/7. And the answer you almost immediately after you initiate the chat. Tonight I chatted with Jaime C. And had an awesome experience. I give Jaime a top notch review for being patient, caring, helpful finding local vets , for being informative, polite and just awesome...Fuzzy is great. I would and will recommend them to any and all of the people I know that have fur babies. Thank you Jaime. And thank you Fuzzy for this awesome service.

I had a problem with my computer and, for some reason, I ended up having several orders at once. I sent an email, and a little while later, Krisha responded. Not only did he cancel all the extra orders, but he reordered the original at no charge. Krisha was patient, very kind, extremely helpful, and very thoughtful. I didn't have a thing to worry about, thanks to Krishna and Fuzzy! Scooby and I love you!

Fuzzy is a great app. As we all know, dogs do not tell their symptoms very well, and as owners, we always need to guess what is going on in their bodies. Fuzzy is a very effective tool in case we are anxious about our beloved pets. I normally consult with specialists on Fuzzy first before we head to ER. In the US, the medical expenses are huge and veterinary cares are no exceptions. But Fuzzy helps us deal with it with inexpensive fees! I recommend people to use this app and get professional helps efficiently.

Total scam. They can not prescribe medication. It’s information only. Plus the free trial is not free. They took $79.00 for the free trial from my account and I cancelled the same day. It’s been over a week and still no refund. Waste of time. Scam.

This service is a scam. I enrolled my dog thinking this would be a great way to have vet services for my dog when my vet was closed. The next week I contacted Fuzzy about my dog’s itching. They asked a lot of questions and promised I would talk to a vet and get medication. It never happened. They did try to sell some over the counter products that they had but nothing ever happened. I canceled my subscription. Don’t waste your money.

Tech Molly was able to help me after a lengthy chat with clarifying questions and pics. Recommended some products that worked and I didnt have to go to urgent care vet and spend a fortune only to have to buy the same meds.

Bought the service because I wanted the chat with a vet feature. You do not chat with a vet, you chat with a tech who takes a very long time to respond to each message. When I was asking about the acuity of symptoms my dog was experiencing, she just recommended their over the counter products that really weren’t even relevant to what my dog was experiencing. I am sure those 5 star reviews are from the company itself.

Their “free” trial is not free. Unlike most free trials that charge after the trial period is over unless you cancel, they place a $79 hold on your bank account. Even if you cancel the same day, the hold remains for many days thereafter. Up to 30 days depending on your bank.

They also do not prescribe. They are basically a place to discuss your pet’s issues in a lengthy chat only to result in “I have an article for you to read and try these products we sell.” Ridiculous!

Please save your money… whoops, I mean free trial, and avoid this stupid gimmick.

Fuzzy is a great company with personal service! Kevy chatted with me patiently for about an hour on a Sunday evening through their website's online chat feature!! I was trying to order my cat's food and having a very difficult time finding it. Kevy answered all of my questions (and I had a ton of them!). I would highly recommend Fuzzy if you want personal, friendly service!! I'm super happy I found them and will be telling my friends about them! :) :)

I haven’t actually signed up with this company yet, as I still have questions that will need to be answered first.
However, while reading the reviews, good & bad, I read one who was dissatisfied and said that the company has a D- rating with the BBB. I looked the company up and while they aren’t BBB accredited, they have an A+ rating with NO complaints in the 3 years they have been in business. These things impress me. I look forward to talking with them and setting things up!!!

Charvet was very pleasant to speak with, and turned the hassle of the migration canceling out my pets flea meds into a conversation with what felt like an old friend. Thank you again for all the help Charvet!
