Fuzzy Avis 

I recently subscribed to a monthly subscription for specialized Dog food for my diabetic Dog. Order not only came in quick & as described, but came much ahead of schedule. The only issue I faced was on my end because I’m terrible at math & realized I would need to add another bag. I spoke to a lovely customer support agent named Kevy, who walked me through everything & even assured I still got my 50% discount. It sounds dramatic, but anything that helps my fur baby & I, is a literal life saver. I couldn’t be more happy with the top notch service provided by Fuzzy.

I was interviewing with Fuzzy for an E-Commerce Fulfillment Manager position. I went online and set up an account to test it out. What I didn't realize is I signed up for the $99 service during my test run. When I received the billing notice I immediately responded to pleas cancel.

Within hour I recieved a very positive and professional response from Charvet C. that everything was taken care of. I was thrilled with the quick response and how he handled the issue.

I recently lost my dog after 16.5 great years but will be getting another once some time has passed. I will sign up for the service even though I didn't get the job.

I am trying to cancel my fuzzy account very confusing,downloaded the fuzzy app keeps giving me a code then can't find where to put it in. My dog no longer is being helped by product

Jeremiah was friendly and prompt. A lot of places will argue over the fine print but he was understanding and refunded me.

Fuzzy always does an amazing job of immediately responding to any concern I have with my beloved cats. We LOVE Fuzzy!

Chatted with Laura about my Gracie girl’s skin irritation. She was very kind, caring, and informative! Would also like to note what a great platform this is for pet owners, especially after the pandemic now that it’s harder to get our pets into see the vet due to short staffs and being overrun. I was offered a refund,but no follow up to that offer as to when or how I would receive it. Still not sure I'm getting one, nor am I sure if my subscribe and save was canceled.

I called to check on availability for a dog food. Diane was very helpful with the information she provided and also gave me some additional resources to check.
She even followed up with an email message with additional information which was appreciated.

Fuzzy is great for those moments when the panic sets in about your pet and you need immediate advice. The team at Fuzzy is great and answers all of my questions as they arise.

Fuzzy customer support was courteous and quick to respond to my request, processing my order and adjusting my recurring order frequency. I have had pleasant and timely interactions with customer support on both occasions so far and definitely recommend fuzzy to my fellow pet owners.

My pet passed away very recently and this wonderful company was so kind and caring. I had just got my package from them in the mail and not only were they sympathetic they refunded my money and allowed me to donate that package to my neighbor for her pet. I highly recommend this company. They are top shelf in my book. May God Bless them.
