I received great help through the live vet chat, the vet I talked to was helpful. I ordered 2 products from them and love them. I had trouble with a subscription issue and received immediate help.

Very disappointing. My puppy was limping and I asked them what the problem was. First of all, I spoke to a vet technician, not a veterinarian. It was a chat, not a video call. They asked me to send them a video of my puppy and when I did, they just told me to go see a veterinarian in person. Really? I am sure you can find a better way to spend $99. I canceled my membership immediately.

Taylor was the most pleasant customer service representative I have ever dealt with. She was helpful, had genuine concern for my fur baby and took the whole experience to a more personal level. The whole team makes sure they provide the best care for you and your pet!

I just placed my first order with yourfuzzy.com a couple of days ago after discovering them online while searching for my dog's special needs pet food. My dog has bladder stones and requires a special diet to reduce the formation of stones. I contacted customer service with a question before placing my order and my call was immediately answered by a live human being named Matt who was able to provide me with the information that I needed, and completed my order on the phone. He promptly answered all of my questions and sent email conformation as soon as my order was placed. I was pleasantly surprised by the huge savings I received with yourfuzzy! My dog had already been on this special food, which is not available in retail stores, for more than a year and I was angered that my previous supplier had been seriously overcharging me, taking financial advantage of my dog's health needs. I am awaiting shipment at this time but I definitely highly recommend (5 stars) yourfuzzy for the excellent customer service and pricing. Now I can better afford to take care of my best friend! Thank you, yourfuzzy, and thank you Matt!

Thank you for the Compassionate and empathetic concern for my sweet Chihuahua experiencing awful balance problems a couple of days after a big seizure. Knowing she needs to go to the ER instead of just watching her or adjusting her meds was very helpful. And knowing for sure she needs to go instead of worrying about the cost if it wasn't even needed was super helpful. Also, they went above and beyond and send me links to financial aid i didn't even know existed!
