I’m so grateful for the fantastic customer service. It made a stressful situation so much easier, and I’ll definitely be a returning customer.

Refused to deliver my oil and refused to refund me - SCAM
Didnt deliver my oil, refused to return and deliver it. Lied when contacted and said they had delivered it, changed their story multiple times. Now I am requesting my money back through the bank because this fraudster company has refused to provide the 400 pounds worth of oil i bought.
Utterly disgusting. Dont even bother commenting "let me sort it out for you" for months your scamming customer support team dodge our calls and emails. It's going legal now you scumbags.

Appalling customer service
Appalling customer service. On 2 occasions I’ve ordered fuel from these people and their reliability of delivering when they’ve messaged confirming a delivery date they’ve been a ‘no show’. No explanation given or courtesy call to explain tardiness or even reschedule.

I can see my colleague did try & reach out to you however the number we have on file was dialling out as out of service.
