Tanker far bigger than others in the area. Couldn't get down the drive. Took ages to re-send in a smaller vehicle.

Hi Rod,
Thank you for your feedback. Having reviewed the access point on Google Maps, the driveway does not appear wide enough for a standard tanker to enter safely without risking damage to either the property or the vehicle.
While your delivery was completed 3 days after the original "on or before" date, orders requiring a smaller vehicle would normally have the delivery window extended by at least a further week. I can also see that the usual 2PPL surcharge was waived on this occasion also.
We appreciate the frustration caused by the need to rearrange the delivery and apologise for the inconvenience.

I have purchased domestic heating oil for very many years. Their service has been excellent. Delivery very good, tanker drivers personal, friendly and courteous. Recommend unreservedly.

Fast delivery but l requested contact the day before delivery was due so l could ensure the tank was unlocked and sadly this didn't happen.

Good service and oil delivered as expected
Apart from their cost per litre being the lowest available at the time, the oil delivery went as expected. I was hoping that the delivery would take place a little later than first thing in the morning - before I had got up.. and by the time I was up the oil had been delivered to my tank and he was gone. I really wanted to know just how much oil was in my tank? so I only know for sure that I have at least 500 litres, but as I may not be able to afford more this winter - if prices keep increasing.. knowing exactly what is in the tank including what was left before the refill, would help me work out how long the current contents will last.
