Your Pro Plumber Avis

Thank you to Tom & Dean and all the team at your pro plumber. Thank you for you help during this difficult time. Amazing job done by the technician Tom. Can’t thank you enough.

I put a request into Your pro for a plumber late on Thursday evening, within 20 minutes Jason from All Water Plumbing responded and scheduled the appointment for 9am on Monday morning. Jason had to re install the dishwasher that had been installed 8 months prior. He was extremely efficient and tidy, he had all the tools and parts he needed. He communicated with me throughout the process so I could understand what the issues were, he was friendly and polite. Due to his diligence, our Business now have a permanent reliable plumbing service that we will most definitely use in future.

correct arrival time, efficiency of workers, friendliness, good result

Dean provided great service yet again within a couple of hours of ringing him, to install a new dishwasher. He answered immediately, then rang back to say he could come earlier. He and his offsider Matt, have high professional standards, are veryefficient and friendly. On a previous occasion while fixing a valve and replacing the leaking washing machine taps, they ran all over the apartment complex finding the hidden pipe switches in a large communal garage. They had all the appropriate gear with them, and nothing was too big a trouble. They are my go-to plumbers in Melbourne!

Dean was helpful over the phone late afternoon, analyzing and advising and providing recommendation regarding sewer blockage. Attended next day and informed as to costs prior to commencing work. Very pleased with service.

Excellent communication, great to deal with. Very friendly and great work. Would highly recommend.

Very expensive!  Charged $858 for 1- hour work plus $198 - Priority Service Call (Tuesday afternoon).
Prompt to get to my home.
The 2 plumbers sent were professional and polite, job was done efficiently.

Dean and Matt were very courteous, efficient and careful to clean up and respect the property. Great can do attitude to problem solving.

Detailed explanation of work being done. Job completed in a professional and timely manner. I would recommend them. Thanks

Dean was very thorough and explained every step of his process to me as he was doing it. I understood everything and also have an action plan for what to do next (requires other trades so his work is done). I believe the pricing was also very reasonable considering the time spent and the investigation required, and the issue being resolved. I will be recommending Dean to anyone who needs a plumber from now on!

Chris was friendly, polite, knowlegable and efficient when solving our under floor heating problem last week. Great service, great job done.

Dean and his team member were super efficient at coming in within couple of hours to fix a plumbing issue in the city. Reliable and communicates well which is great service

Dean discovered and fixed on the spot significant issues of which I was unaware, as well as dealing with the various issues I had initially called about.

My experience with Dean was great! He arrived promptly (even on a public holiday) and was really helpful. He explained everything clearly and gave me peace of mind. Highly recommended!

So it was my first time working with a plumber and I was extremely stressed out. I called every place but this was the only one who called back and actually came to the site asap. I wasn’t sure who helped me (didn’t catch the name) but he was very friendly and I didn’t expect such a quick response too (which was extremely helpful)! He was on time and the arrangement was such a smooth process. Would definitely call here again if I needed any other help.

Dean was very professional and thorough.
Arrived on time and was very nice to deal with. Highly recommend

Fast was an understatement.
Definitely an emergency and Dean was ace at explaining what may need to be done then what was done and fixed everything up in a jiffy.
