Your Pro Plumber Avis

After Googling for a plumber I came across Dean @ Your Pro Plumber.
Wasn’t an urgent job. Toilet gurgling and carry on and the shower not draining away as fast as she used to.
He arrived swiftly and proceeded to give me options to resolve the problem before proceeding.
He vacuumed pumped the s#*! out of both the shower and toilet, working brilliantly within 5mins. Brilliant job.
Now saved in my phone as my go to plumber for future jobs. More than happy to forward your details on to anyone looking for a plumber.
Thank you again.

Excellent job. Well done!

Both, Dean and Jamie were very friendly and professional.
Some plumbers came this morning and they advised that they would need to dig trenches, cut concrete of the shed in the back year and pull down the shed to do the job. They wouldn't even give a quote for doing the job.
Dean explained that we may not have to dig, cut and bring down the shed. They cleaned and the toilets work perfect.
Very happy and will certainly recommend them to others.

What a great company. Helpful, on time, great workmanship. Would definitely recommend

Excellent, lads acted quickly and did a great job

Fairly priced, reliable and quick.

Dean was professional, helpful and great at communicating

Quick arrival to assess & diagnose issue. Clear explanation of all our options and costs & timeframe associated with the works.
Careful, thorough work once decision on how to proceed had been made.
Despite significant changes & removals required to complete the work they left their work area tidier than how they found it.

I’ve used the services of Dean from Your Pro Plumber twice now and on both occasions he has delivered a top shelf service. He is knowledgeable, courteous, a great communicator and on time!! He let’s you know exactly what’s needed and quotes fairly. It’s rare to find honest and reliable plumbers these days but I’ve found one with Dean. He really is a Pro Plumber!

Good service, fix and installed pumps in garden and clean up the site like they never turn up. Recommended

We have tried to get a plumber to come out and check out our roof for months and have been getting no as a response due to height of our roof. Dean and his team were very efficient in responding to our call. They were on the site fast and have provided us with the quote on the spot. The entire work took around the week and we couldn't be happier with his communication, quote, excellent work and advice.

Our job included sealing the roof and replacing the down pipe at the front of the house which was rusty.

Highly recommended to anyone and no job is too small for the team.

Dean came quickly to give an accurate quote, then a few days later to do the work. Fast & efficient, plus he took the time to point out a potential problem with one of my fittings.
I'll definately use these guys again.

Dean took his time to explain me in fair of good detail what the issues were at my place and has pretty good equipment to do the required work.

Dean was fantastic - professional, quick, transparent and no fuss. I've been trying to get help on changing my toilet system for 5 months to fit an automatic sensor for my toilet trained cat (!) and he did it all in one day. Thanks so much.
