Your Pro Plumber Avis

Dean and his colleague are very professional and knew the problem of my toilet leak straight away! Fix it on the scene and now no smell coming out from it:) he is also knowledgeable and informative , can’t recommend enough!

Fantastic experience! Dean was efficient, transparent and professional. Highly recommend

Dean came out quickly to assess a leak coming from underground at the front of the property, After exploration he diagnosed that the leak was under the footpath and therefore the responsibility of the water company. This was confirmed by the water company later that day.

Dean was great to deal with and kept us informed what he was doing, taking photos to support his diagnosis and contacting our water company to hand over the job. I have already organised Dean to do another job for us and would recommend him to others in need of a competent plumber

Dean from Your Pro Plumber provides an extremely reliable and high quality service and work. We had problems with our hot water system and the water pump supplying toilets with water from the water tank. It has been very easy and quick to contact Dean from Your Pro Plumber, get a quote and organise the repairs. Dean from Your Pro Plumber has a great expertise and knowledge as well as a passion for his job. He has been very clear and honest with us during the whole process which we personally value very much. Dean together with Ben solved all our issues and demonstrated professional and high quality work. Moreover, Dean has a very cheerful and positive personality which made the whole experience even more pleasant. We strongly recommend Your Pro Plumber to anyone with any plumbing needs as we had an extremely positive experience.

Would recommend!

Thank you Dean for a terrific job with our storm water diversion needs. On time, tidied up, professional manner and excellent problem-solving. Will definitely entrust our future plumbing needs with Dean and team.

Prompt, efficient & knowledgeable. Though I still don’t know what caused the cracks in the top of the wardrobe!

Excellent service. Thorough, professional, and friendly. I would recommend Dean.

fantastic, super fast and professional service would definitely recommend!

Great job. Committed to finding out what the problem was, super friendly and came the very next day to sort it for me. Highly recommended!

All good all good

They were very quick to reply and got to the office within an hour and fixed the problem! Were definitely pricey as its a big corp but definitely efficient.

I'm really happy with the service and jobs done by Dean at Your Pro Plumber.
I've called on Your Pro Plumber twice now - the first time to fix a running toilet, the second to fix leaking pipes under a kitchen sink.
In both cases:
- Dean turned up exactly when he said he would;
- The problems were accurately diagnosed and efficiently fixed;
- Both fixes were successful (it's been a couple of weeks since the latest work was done and everything is still great);
Personally, I found Dean great to deal with (friendly, good communicator, advice that makes sense) - he's the bloke I'll call if I have any plumbing issues in future. Highly recommended.

Very happy with this company. Dean came promptly on the same day to check a potential gas leak. He clearly explained what was involved, did the work efficiently, and had a pleasant manner. Recommended...I will use them again.
