I have joined thinking that when I need prescribed medication I will get it on a pharmacy without adding money from my pocket since you are automatically deducting from my salary every month.

The service was easy to use and very fast. Thank you guys

When i went to pick up meds i was told that they needed my medical aid number and i went back to ask for that number and i never got a response...ended up paying cash

I consulted and the doctor prescribed medication.
I was told that I’ll receive an E-wallet to pay for my medication but never received it.

I enquired…the ewallet was send to a different number which is not mine. And the lady told me she can’t send me ewallet for whatever reason.

Easy to use and sufficient

I joined Zoie Healthy in July, and the experience has unfortunately been frustrating.

Although the membership fee was deducted from my payslip, when I tried to book an appointment, I was told that I was not a member. After following up, I was eventually informed that there was an incorrect ID number captured on the system, even though I had provided my correct details.

The biggest issue was the communication and response time. I had to follow up several times and wait days for responses regarding booking an appointment. eventually I booked an appointment and waited 1 days and they sent a  prescription  and I appreciate that the issue was eventually resolved.

The medical service itself was helpful once I was able to access it, but I believe Zoie Health needs to improve its communication, response times and membership administration. Customers should not have to repeatedly follow up when they are paying for a service.
