Zoie Health Avis 

I joined Zoie Healthy in July, and the experience has unfortunately been frustrating.

Although the membership fee was deducted from my payslip, when I tried to book an appointment, I was told that I was not a member. After following up, I was eventually informed that there was an incorrect ID number captured on the system, even though I had provided my correct details.

The biggest issue was the communication and response time. I had to follow up several times and wait days for responses regarding booking an appointment. eventually I booked an appointment and waited 1 days and they sent a  prescription  and I appreciate that the issue was eventually resolved.

The medical service itself was helpful once I was able to access it, but I believe Zoie Health needs to improve its communication, response times and membership administration. Customers should not have to repeatedly follow up when they are paying for a service.

i was supposed to get medication delivered to me after my consultation. i never got anything and even when i tried getting help by the support , nothing happened

Great Service. Easy fast and Reliable. The only issue is to fix the response time on WhatsApp. But overall, the service is Exceptional. 100% on Point.

My medication was not delivered on the day they said It will be delivered and I had to to a follow up the following day

The consultant was helpful while I was experiencing difficulties in receiving the prescriptions at Dischem . And lastly before sending the client or patient at the pharmacy please try to be sure about the pharmacy before sending the patient because I went to clicks several times wherelse I was supposed to go to Dischem .

Had i very bad experience with your company, im still waiting for my prescription and letter for referral to see the doctor. There is no communication, feedback nothing , yet the money is being deducted every month. I had to buy medicine to reduce the pain.

Overall, I found the session very helpful and supportive. The counsellor listened well, understood my situation and made me feel heard. Although they seemed a little unsure when there wasn't an immediate resolution, I appreciate their willingness to work through a complicated situation with me. A longer session option would have been helpful, but I appreciate the assistance with arranging a future appointment if needed.

Made an appointment and i wasn't notified about the deplay and i had a reason for setting it at that specific time. It frustrated me so much

How easy it was to make an appointment and the amazing service i received from my psychologist.

I started taking the Hormone Harmony tablets and noticed how it really balanced my hormones out especially since I had recently changed birth control and my hormones were all over the place.
Such a great product and company overall.

I have seen amazing improvements with regard to my hormones as well as my regulation of my periods. I highly recommend this product
