poor slow service…
i will heal while waiting for medication .. telephone consultation at 13:30 pm. i have severe flu symptoms .. the lovely doctor prescribed medicine .. its now 16:45 .. no communication whatsoever and i havent recieved my medication

the consultation with the doctor was prompt, got attended way faster this time as it usually would be, gotta give credit for that. she was really helpful, she listened and allowed me to explain my health concerns and advised the next steps i need to take and relevant prescriptions. thanks

Quick delivery but better support required
Order was delivered quickly and the team was very communicative. I had to google explainer videos to ensure that I did everything correctly, because the language inside the tests is for medical professionals/nurses/similar. The tests worked well, I think, but I don't think they should be taken without medical or professional guidance to ensure they are being done correctly.

Only reason I removed one star is…
Only reason I removed one star is because it doesnt seem like the website is maintained - for example i had to start a whatsapp chat with the team in order to order my medication since the link on the website was not working - bit frustrating.
