Alright so I purchased the little tuktuk necklace which I wanted to gift someone special. I made this order in late december however the necklace got lost in the mail. I contacted the Zudo team and they reacted immediately and sent out a new one which I recieved a week or two later. I’m really happy with my purchase and with great customer service and instantaneous response from Zudo team. This is definitely not my last purchase. Highly recommend🤭

Every year i purchase jewelry from zudo i must say quality is excellent and they have best customer service always available to support you.my gift item was lost in courier they always check on me if i get that or not then they have sent me gift card to make up then out of nowhere i have received my lost item and they told me to keep both items

After trying again with their last email, I attempted to purchase two rings that I loved. They were $12.99 each. I added them to my cart and directed to check out, the value was $21.00.

Zudo created a beautiful custom-made necklace for me. It was a piece of art our son had drawn and it was perfectly recreated into a pendant. My wife says it was the best anniversary gift she's ever received.
