I had delivery issues with UPS and reached out to the Zudo team and they got onto it immediately. The team made sure to keep contact with me until my package was delivered to my home. I am so happy with my purchase from ZUDO. The business has variety of creative jewelry, and I picked a ring to give it to a friend who lives abroad. I made a mistake with the shipping address, so the package was kept in a warehouse. However, ZUDO management reached out to me to resolve the issue and to make sure the package gets delivered. The package was delivered to my friend and she LOVED it!! I definitely recommend their products as they’re good quality and affordable. Also, their customer service is a top notch.

This jewelry is INCREDIBLE! Super high quality, haven’t had any issues with tarnishing or bending, it’s very obvious that they take pride in their product! The only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 is because of a little hiccup in processing and shipping my order. I ordered two of the same exact custom necklace but was only sent one. They were super responsive and even gave me a free ring with my order! Since it was custom, it took quite some time to get to me, but honestly it was so worth the wait. Highly recommend to anyone looking for beautiful jewelry for a good cause (free Palestine!)
