ZUDO Avis

I have bought from Zudo three times now, all their jewelry are ever so pretty and beautiful. They don’t tarnish at all and are every day wear to me!

Came across this page on Instagram, ordered couple of name necklaces as gift and also for my kids. They are of great quality and look amazing. Also zudo support is very responsive and helped with all my queries.

Ordered the 4 Qul necklace and Ayat ul Kursi cuff bracelet. The packaging was perfect, they sent each piece in a separate pouch. The quality looks amazing. The necklace seemed small in the picture when I ordered it but it’s actually a big circle. Love the stones around it. It is definitely real gold. I honestly love it! I needed some customer service in regards to delivery being delayed due to bad weather in my state and they were very quick with response and very helpful. I am glad I used ZUDO and ordered this stuff. I even told my sisters about them and one of them placed an order in Canada and loved her stuff too. Will definitely be purchasing from them again InshaAllah!

Yesterday I got my name necklace.its so beautiful and the quality very good. I love the packaging it’s so so cute I really love it.

Zudo are an incredible company who make their customers feel like friends and deliver the most impressive and special keepsakes. Their jewelry is fantastic quality and their custom pieces are not only delivered in a timely manner but come in the most brilliant packaging which makes them easy to travel with and keeps them in mint condition.

I have been a fan for a while and will continue to be.

The customer service was absolutely phenomenal. Zudo's owner, Ibrahim and his colleague Saad went above and beyond to find solutions to a problem we encountered. Not only did they work diligently to offer out of the box solutions, they did it with such kindness that it made you feel right at home at Zudo. The effort that they put in really reflects how much they value their customers and shows us how much they care about their customer experience. Could not recommend enough, for their quality products but even more so for their quality customer service.

ZUDO products are really awesome - but one thing that is even better than their products is their customer service! I bought my first Zudo piece for my mom (Ayatul Kursi cuff + personalized gold cuff) as a thank you gift. While waiting, we bought another similar piece of jewelry from another seller. When we got our Zudo jewelry, the quality was just top-notch compared to the ones we bought from another store!! Zudo has really good quality and meaningful pieces that won't break your bank.

After a few orders, my husband and I decided to have our rings custom-made by Zudo for our renewal of vows for our 5 year anniversary. We especially loved that a portion of our order will go to Palestine. Throughout the custom-making process, the team was so helpful and even if we were communicating through email, i felt like they genuinely cared about how special we wanted our rings to be. We got the sizes wrong and they were so gracious to offer to re-do it for us. Such amazing customer service. Im writing this review to thank the team for being so patient and understanding. Alhamdulillah for brands like Zudo, for embodying the way of Islam in your business.

PS. I ordered Ayatul Kursi necklaces from them and plan to give them to my daughters when they turn 18 (that's in 17 yrs) and I know theyll still look like new. Thats how much I trust this brand!

As promised, I bought another beautiful item from Zudo! A beautiful black Palestine map necklace! Plus Zudo had an amazing Buy 1 Get 1 Free deal, so I'm gifting the other necklace to another fellow Iranian who has always stood with Palestine! Thanks again for everything! #FreePalestine 🇵🇸 #FreeIran 💚🤍❤️‍🩹

Thank you Zudo I receive yesterday from you guys gift and my order I really like it I would like to recommend you to my friends and family my necklace comes so nice and even I receive free gifts from Zudo . It was amazing. I’m planning to order the more stuff from them. Like it and plus they’re supporting Palestine.

What a fantastic company! The customer service team is out of this world. They were willing to speak to me about getting an exchange and were so patient with me. They were very responsive and helped with all of my issues. I am so glad I bought jewelry from Zudo!

5 Stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
I would definitely recommend Zudo.co! I bought the custom drawing necklace and it came out so good!

Fantastic products and customer service. Very happy with my personalised necklace and all other products I got from Zudo. Very high quality and shine/colour maintained even with exposure to water. Definitely highly recommended

I’m ABSOLUTELY AMAZED by the customer service . I had purchased a few necklaces for my children about couple years ago . Unfortunately, one of my daughters necklace broke after it got caught in something. I contacted the ZUDO TEAM. They responded RIGHT AWAY. I sent them a picture of the broken necklace and next thing you know .. I received a BRAND NEW NECKLACE ….it was my daughter’s FAVORITE necklace to wear. I will ALWAYS buy my jewelry from them.. you can’t go wrong with them. BTW .. I’ve NEVER written a review. But their AMAZING customer service made me tell EVERYONE.
Thank you team. ❤️

The product is great . Quality , finishing . Everything is perfect.

I ordered a custom necklace. Zudo kept me posted as it was made. I love my necklace!

I've been purchasing jewelry from Zudo for a while and they never disappoint! You can tell that they're truly committed to their customers and go above and beyond to please them. I know I get value for my money as well as great customer service. Thank you ZUDO for your commitment 🙏

I have been Zudo customer since 2020 and have always had great experience dealing with them as a company and also with their products. I have bought for myself as well for my daughter and also for gifts and everyone loves their jewellery.

Zudo’s designs are beautiful and their quality is excellent. They still look like new even though I wear them often. They are well made and you can feel the quality and finish is very fine.

I also always have great experience with their customer service. They respond quickly and are very helpful. One more positive for me as a Canadian is that the shipping is hassle free. They use UPS and take care of customs and duties which makes it so easy.

Overall, I am 100% satisfied with my purchases and interactions with the company and would recommend them without hesitation.

Team Zudo has the best management. They solve every issue no matter what ! I love zudo
