Great Customer Service

Beautiful items but one was losing its crystals the day after purchase. I contacted the team and they replaced it no questions asked.

Awesome customer service

Awesome customer service! I had an issue with one of my orders (the parcel was delayed and we all thought it was lost) and the Zudo Team was super helpful and was kind enough to ship a replacement for the lost parcel. And their jewelry is absolutely beautiful, I ordered my fourth piece today. Thanks, guys!

The best customer service ngl

The best customer service ngl. I had problem with my package on tracking number they were showing that my order is delivered but I didn’t get so I contacted to the customer service they replied me immediately and told me that wait for 2 business days and if I still didn’t receive my package they will send me new one. Literally one of the best customer service and jewelry is amazing looking forward to buy more things:)

Beautiful Jewelry and Amazing Customer Service

Nothing but good to say , I have ordered several pieces both for myself and others as gifts and they all come packaged beautifully with cards that describe each piece . I had a little mishap with one of my pieces but customer service got to me quickly and got it taken care of within a couple of hours very swiftly and kindly . They even checked back in after the matter to make sure all was okay . Customer service definitely gets 5 stars .

Customer Service and products are great. I had a small issue with one item and the service and information provided to me was very positive. As for my purchases, I have no complaints, but rather compliments!

My first order with ZUDO…

My first experience ordering with ZUDO was amazing. My order was processed and shipped so quickly. The item I ordered came packaged very nicely and included a very thoughtful card explaining the jewelry piece. You can really tell how much love is put into their products!

Jewelry brings sweet memories

Can't believe it's already been one year since I first bought 2 necklaces from zudo!! Recently added two more meaningful jewelry pieces to the collection. The beautiful pieces are the sabr cuff and mango necklace (wanted to commemorate my summer trip). These products bring back memories from this past summer reunion trip to India..first trip in 15 or 17 years (was always waiting patiently for this trip to happen..Alhamdulillah). As always the quality and delivery time is wonderful. Just feeling joyful overall.

Great customer service!

I got a rose gold necklace with the engraving “verily with every hardship comes ease.” It arrived and it was in yellow gold format but I still loved it! When I contacted Zudo about the error, they were so quick and so prompt and rectified the error immediately! Great customer service. Chic jewellery. They may call themselves a small business but they definitely have big hearts! God bless.

Nothing but wonderful things to say about ZUDO. I purchased my first piece of jewelry from them a few years ago and instantly fell in love.
