Very good experience !!, asked for a quicker delivery so it would make it in time for my sisters graduation, and the package came two days before when it was scheduled for two days after. Amazing customer support. I ordered the rose gold alhamdulillah cuff in small. The sizing is amazing fits everyone that has tried it on, color is gorgeous and it’s such a dainty cuff, not bulky and chunky at all.

I bought a custom piece which tarnished. As soon as I emailed them with pictures, they offered to replace it right away. They 100% stand by their lifetime guarantee which is amazing to see! The best customer service I have ever experienced hands down. They truly stand by the lifetime guarantee they advertise if the jewelry tarnishes. But honestly out of everything I've bought, which is a lot. Only a couple things tarnished and they sent me replacements right away no questions asked. I would definitely recommend buying from Zudo

And the Zudo rewards are honestly so rewarding. Got my wife a unique necklace from Zudo several years ago and it never comes off her neck. She loves it and the piece is noticed all the time. High quality jewelry, beautiful but simplistic classy design. Never lost its glimmer or shine. No comparison to the cheap fashion jewelry at Macys or other big box stores. Would only buy from here

I received my ayat kursi tag necklace and it was delivered great, packaging was amazing the zudo box with small cotton material and inside it description of the meaning and everything. It’s a beautiful necklace well crafted on to the silver. The chain and the silver is good quality which lasts long and prevents it from damage as it says when buying it. It’s awesome, I think everyone should go on zudo website to check their jewelry, you won’t get it anywhere else it’s unique and meaningful, the website is unbelievable so much variety of incredible products and about the brand and their help towards charity etc. definitely recommend it to everyone. I am based outside of the US in the UK and I was looking for an item that was no longer available (presumably out of stock) on the UK website.

Ordered 2 rings but for my tiny fingers it wasn’t a good fit and I asked if it could exchanged with a ring I knew would fit.
