Well received from the initial phone call, then taken through the procedure of taking care of our dearly departed.
This care and consideration continued throughout with much compassion and understanding of how bearieved I and my close family were over this sad loss.

Very good service. A lovely funeral organiser who kept in touch and was always available to answer questions. Everything went very well and was so easy.

Very sensitive and helpful. No hard sell. Funeral director gave timely guidance on the day sensitively and unobtrusively, and the pall bearers were very respectful. The funeral administrator was very organised, and went above and beyond to arrange for the ashes to be buried in a casket of our choice.

The service was very good, the staff kind and caring. They were very helpful in the planning of the funeral.

Melanie at the Caversham office and the team dealt with my late father's funeral arrangements beautifully. They were really helpful and understanding and treated the family with kindness and respect.

We want to pass on our special thanks to Don who looked after us all on the day and suggested that my sister & I walk with him in front of the hearse, which was a lovely touch.

Walkers took such wonderful care in planning my wife's funeral. Francesca in particular went above and beyond in helping with everything at such a stressful time. Nothing was ever too much trouble.

When using the tilehurst branch for my daughter, I now know there will be no where else I will ever use, other then a walker.
They were kind, caring, and took a lot of time wirh my daughter while she was in the care of Francesca.
I felt as if my daughter was truly cared for while here and there wasn’t ever too much that could be done by the branch.

Bev in Wokingham was both sympathetic and friendly and made some lovely suggestions which we hadn’t thought of. She was very patient as 5 of us discussed various options. The whole thing was carried out with dignity from beginning to end.

Kate was outstanding during the entire process. My Father didn’t have a funeral plan but everything was made easy for us due to Kate’s efficiency and understanding.
