Je suis extrêmement mécontent de constater que j'ai été facturé sans avertissement préalable d'une somme. Cette méthode de paiement est abusive et inacceptable. En plus, lorsque tu demandes des explications et un remboursement personne ne te répond, uniquement un robot qui ne t'apporte aucune aide concrète.

Le principe du prélèvement automatique dèslors que la période d'essai est terminée est à mon sens abusive.
Dans le parcours et l'ergonomie du backoffice proposé, tout est fait pour que l'annulation de l'abonnement soit compliquée à réaliser. Et bien sûr, les requêtes ne peuvent se faire que sur chatbot, en anglais, et aucune réponse n'est apportée à ma demande de remboursement. Une arnaque.
