AFROZEH Avis 

My order number 63859 was ordered on September 10th and was delivered on the 17th of November. I was told explicitly that it would take 6 weeks to be delivered, and that I would be kept updated.

1. My order came over 9 weeks later
2. The customer service and delivery was absolutely horrific
3. The dress came in the wrong shade

This entire order has been terrible, and I will be publicly shaming the company and customer service handling of this as it was genuinely unprofessional and unacceptable. My dress is in the wrong colour too!

I'm so sad they haven't delivered my dress worth 48000.. been two months of constantly askingg them!! And they just sent me a msg due to color issues we can't deliver it we will give you a gift card??? Wtf is wrong with them and these influencers promoting them are as pathetic!!

I had ordered an outfit for an event that was estimated to be delivered to me in 40-45 days. I have now waited 3 months for this outfit and still have not recieved this. I have contacted the company through email, Instagram and WhatsApp MULTIPLE times and I'll either not receive a response or be told that someone will provide me with an update soon. This is the some of the worst customer service I've ever had to deal with. Please do not buy from this company as they will take your money and scam you.

Shittiest delivery service!!! Almost a month now and got no tracking mails for my order. Mailed them twice, texted them on WhatsApp but no reply nothing! Think twice before you order!!!

I had the worst experience with this online store when purchasing outfits for my daughter's wedding. The store claims on their website that delivery is free on orders over 100,000 rupees, but even six weeks after placing my order, nothing arrived. I had to send someone I knew to the store to pick up the items, and still, the merchandise didn’t arrive on time. They completely ruined the most important day of my daughter's life.

Avoid this store of thieves and incompetents at all costs. I purchased six outfits, and not a single one arrived in time for the wedding. They are absolutely untrustworthy. Stay far away from them!

Just like all the other reviews. These guys are scammers. NEVER ORDER FROM THEM. Ordered in May, it was passed 3 months and was still being told that "it will be dispatched soon." Then they told me due to quality issues they will give me a credit for the dress and that they do not have a refund policy. I then told them I wanted a different dress and am still being told that it will be "dispatched soon." It has now been 6 months since they took my money and i have no hopes of receiving anything or my money back. Theives.

Rubbish. Paid for and ordered a stitched suit on their website for the first time. Never received it despite several whatsapp and emails. Keep getting the same reply, article is with stitching. It has been over 3 months.
I have never had any issues with any other brands.
DO NOT ORDER from them.
Requested a refund from bank in the end.

If I could give them ZERO stars I would, I am now taking this publicly because it's been well over a month of not receiving my money back.

In April 2024, I ordered an outfit from them.

The outfit was HORRIBLE. Literally was made in kids size and was nothing like they advertised. I was told if I want my money back to send the outfit back.

I sent the outfit back in May. They got the outfit and STILL NO REFUND. They are making sooo many excuses to give me my refund back. I no longer have the suit and nor my money back. I message the owner of the brand too, no response. AVOID THIS BRAND AT ALL COSTS. SCAMMERS!!!! And I will be filing a case on them as well.

Hi! Place order on Afozeh, I didnt read the timeline for 45 days on website and someone shared bad reviews with me . i was afraid alot. I attempted multiple calls, email and messages for urgent delivery. Their customer support arrange my article within 2 weeks and deliver at my door step. Finally i get my article for my wedding. Thanks Afrozeh team to help me. Your team won my heart.

Ordered a suit for my daughter to wear at her brothers Walima Reception and after 6 weeks emailed me that it was out if stock! Offered me a Credit Note which I declined as the wedding is 4 weeks away... Had to claim refund from my bank (which I got) because Afrozeh used delaying tactics NOT to give it to me!

Just want to say a big Thank you to the HR Saqlain and the CEO Adeel Sheikh of Ayzel Afrozeh clothing brand in Pakistan.

Adeel Sheikh went out of his way to sort out my ongoing issue of suits fraud. I even contacted him out of working hours and he was there to help.

He is a really gem to the company and they are lucky to have him.
He is people's person and very helpful.

I was stressed for months with this issue and luckily I found him, I can't thank him enough and everyone in the team including the HR Saqlain, people on WhatsApp, messenger, email, who helped to solve my issue.
He read my messages and tried his best to sort it out. We need more people like him in this company.

Very poor services , Its more than 2 months for my dress worth 30k.According to their policy it should be deleivered within 35 days. After contacting them multiple times, finally I had to pick myself from headoffice. Never buy from them. Poorest response n services. Zero star

AVOID AT ALL COST, items on website are not what you will receive, using cheaper trims and linings, what you will get will look like a bad copy of what is online, many more designers who are honest and truthful spend your money there, extremely poor service false commitment promised but will not follow through, extremely disappointed as what is shown online is stunning and what has come through the post is dreadful, stichining is awful nothing is in line many errors, customer service will be no help they will promise you that the items will be dispatched while providing estimates eg 1 week or this week however nothing is ever done and when they are sent the quality is terrible.

The stuff they provide at their brand is quite pathetic....
The design and colour which is shown in the picture is completely different from the stuff we got.....
Never waste your money on such fade shades....

Its a big scam

I have ordered three lawn dresses from their new collection in February. I have not received my order yet even after waiting for three months and also had made payment to be sent to overseas.

Every time I ask for the update, they enquire regarding the order number on WhatsApp and then disappears. Highly unprofessional and untrained people who are running the business to fool people and take money.

I wish I would have read the reviews on trustpilot before and would have not ordered anything from this company.

Ordered a suit worth 20K... first it took way too long to arrive and when it finally did (after multiple reaching out on their whatsapp number for reminders) the quality was absolutely pathetic. The material was incredibly lightweight and although I ordered "raw silk" it was more like a shameez wala kapra. The embroidery, colour, design everything was completely different from the picture on the website. There was puckering in the sleeves and oil stains, buttons and laces were attached unevenly. It was definitely not worth 20k. When I reached out to them to get an exchange they ghosted me. In the end, I had to giveaway the dress, didn't even wear it once. If you want to save your money don't order from here.

Pathetic, do not order from them. I ordered bridal dresses on 8th December 23 it said they will take 40-45 days. I received them on 2nd april 24 after constantly asking them for an update. Only thing they would say is that we cant commit a date. They would not reply and the gave false commitments for months that my dresses will arrive on monday four mondays passed and they still didn’t send. Only when i told them that i would defame them they sent the dresses which were not even finished properly. Put some more money and buy something else you would definitely lose you peace of mind trying to get an answer from them. STAY AWAY FROM AFROZEH !!!

If you want peace of mind and assurance that you’ll receive your dresses on time then please don’t order from them. I have had the worst experience ever. Would not respond to you what so ever. Doesn’t care as they have a big name now. They should have never got the popularity with this cheap service.

I ordered 2 stitches Lehnga suits for 60.000 pkr. In November! And didn’t get it. I texted them, called them. No answer!!! The payment is made!!! They got the money!!! Know afrozeh said they didn’t get the payment and the order is cancelled!!! NEVER BUY FROM THEM !!! Such a big lier!!!!

I ordered it on December 1st, 2023. Today is January 9th, they barely respond to anything. When they do it’s all a lie. I didn’t receive the product or any proof of shipping information. Save your money & yourself from this company.
