They're utter beigarats. I pre ordered my suit on the December 8th 2023. Now before I made this order, I had asked them when it would arrive, they told me to deliver locally it would take 5-7 working days. Now I kept making sure with them that it would take that long. They kept reassuring me that it would as I needed the suit quickly. So I ordered the suit. It is now January 3rd 2024. And I have no reciceved my clothes. They don't reply to me anymore. They made an excuse saying how my old messages keep deleting from their system. Never ever going to buy clothes from them again. Rubbish company. Rubbish customer service. They're frauds!!!!

If I could give them 0 stars I would. Have sent 3 emails and multiple text messages to the number advertised on their website with no response. I ordered 2 outfits on October 15th 2023 and have not received any shipping date/delivery. It takes 40-45 days working days for stitched international orders yet we have surpassed that now and still no response. Ridiculously poor service. Will be contacting my bank to try and get my money back ASAP.

It's a scam. They are very pathetic and unprofessional I ordered a dress and never recieved it nor they are answering. I spent 25k.. don't fall trap to them. Ordered from Canada. Worse brand.

This brand is a con they will not send the order when you cancel they will tell you it’s a 30 day refund policy but you won't get your money back after 30 days. I ordered on the 22 september and haven't had my order or my money back. Avoid thses people! Btw it seems everyone is experiencing the same problem I would contact your bank asap as there is only a 120 day policy to get your money returned from the company.

If you want your money stolen, buy from this brand. Placed an order on Oct 12, it’s Dec 8 and still not here. They keep saying it’s delayed. Reaching customer service is like banging your head against the wall. They actively delete comments on social media so that there are no negative comments. I’m suing them. They are a scam. Their owner Adeel sheikh is just irresponsible

and disgusting behaviour. I am shocked to see reviews of others. I thought I was the only one but here you go so many people complaining the same. I also ordered a dress they took the order but didn't delivered and then don't even respond. Ridiculous customer services, Ridiculous people. They also delete comments under their insta post. Don't buy from them

Ordering here was the biggest mistake of my life. International order for dresses. It’s more then three months and they have not even bothered to update the status of the order. If I try following up email or emails they don’t even respond to it. I ended up calling and they keep saying we will ship in 2-3 days. It’s now a month since they said that and still no update on the order.
I don’t understand how they can run a business without even bothering to fulfill an order.
Worst outlet ever. They should be sued for misleading the customer who they have robbed in the first place.

I’ve ordered and a month later nothing. Not responding at all. Very disappointing. Don’t buy from them.

First time international buyer with Afrozeh. Ordered the Maya suit, received product by shipment date however product was not as advertised. Color online was a dark or royal blue but was more a teal/green color in person. This is fine as color can vary. However the model is clearly wearing a Pallazo style pant and the product sent was a slim trouser. I don’t understand why they would advertise one style and send another. I did reach out to them on WhatsApp and was advised that the description was for a trouser ( I don’t think it’s a question of amount of fabric or trim because there is more than enough for pallazo pants stated on the website). I don’t think I will be a repeat buyer, cannot recommend to others either. Just very disappointed in this order.

My friend ordered a lengha and received a trouser suit instead in same material but they had lined it in a darker shade which completely changed it's colour and she made numerous attempts to get in contact via emails and phone calls but got no response at all..they have terrible customer service they just want your money they are frauds ...BEWARE

Items were in stock at time of ordering 2 weeks passed messages them they said it will take 30 working days to ship. Refund requested I was told it would take 30 working days. Here we are 2 months on no refund. I will be filing a dispute with TSB.
