Avoid this company, no customer service and no help whatsover
Disaster of a company to deal with. Do not answer phones, do not respond to mail, do not resolve open matters. Have made 40 phone calls, sent 30 plus mails and spent well over 10 hours trying to get issue resolved. This company are a complete and utter liability to deal with. To all the other reports below who got the stock answer of sending an email to the address provided don't bother this company has zero customer service and zero ability to resolve any issues. Any company who cannot even get the correct customer service details on their generic emails is one to avoid. this company has ZERO respect for its customers.

Its impossible to unlock these cards..I added 3 to my account one unlocked after a few tries the other 2 are still locked saying they cannot verify card holder even though correct name and code are put in...very bad system..not fit for purpose

This company is a disaster to deal with, I cancelled my order as they had technical difficulties that caused major delays delivering cards.
It is almost 8 week since my order was cancelled and still no refund after contacting them a number of times

Awful, just awful. My card would not work, I rang for 2 days, nobody ever answers the phone. I emailed, help got back and told me to try a different vendor, still didn't work. I emailed 3 tines since asking for help and have heard nothing back.
Update, after sending another email today explaining I had left this review and continuously called them for 3 days, at least 30 times with them just hanging up, a member of staff did get back to me through email. That was 3 days of emails and a lot if unanswered calls. I am grateful for the response but having to go to those lengths and a rep thinking it was acceptable to tell me to use the voucher somewhere other than where I needed to use it as the solution to it not working, leads me to stand by my original review and recommendation not to use this company. Its not worth the hassle.

The 3D security phone number input…
The 3D security phone number input doesn't work on their own website and you cannot receive a code to complete purchases. Customer service then told me I had entered incorrectly, although their own website wont accept the format they tell me to use. Pure incompetence. Still waiting for a fix.

Impossible to activate cards.
I used these in previos years for employees without much problem but won't buy this year due to the glitches and problems with the new activation method. It's full of problems and my staff would end up with cards that can't be used. I rang Allgo to tell them and was automatically disconnected twice. Not a good sign at what should be their busiest period. Be very cautious.

If a ZERO star was an option I would have used it. A very frustrating card. It doesn't seem to accept a normal date of birth! It didn't send code, it didn't work in local shops. It needs to be swiped as no tap option. Some shop owners will input numbers if they haven't the swipe option, but not many. Don't touch it!

Bought 2 digital+ cards
Bought 2 digital+ cards. They never worked, after contacting customer service they offered refund as they can't fix this. Refund may take up to 30 days apparently to T&C. 2k invested to make employees happy, they receive a broken/not working gift card.
UPDATE: Refund received after 60 days, after many emails. They did not refund tax and card fee. We will never use again Allgo Rewards.

The registration routine is not user friendly nor is it intuitive whatsoever, in fact their website is utter rubbish.
I registered the card, got 3d secure set up and happily set about trying to make an online purchase.....3d secure didn't send the verification code as was supposed to happen....online purchase abandoned and kids Christmas present not bought.

Whoever created their website is absolutely the thickest person/people in the IT industry. Beyond horrible registration experience. After 1 hour, still no success, and this is my third attempt. Stay away. Absolute trash.

Horrific. The most basic task of trying to find the balance on my card is impossible!!!! I still don’t know how much I have left. I have spend 30 minutes filling out a long form which has asked me more questions than it should and still can’t get my balance. Will ne er ever go near them again!!!!!! Terrible!!!!!

Avoid!!! Would give no star also, it’s like it’s a scam company. The most painful experience to use it!!!! Soo difficult! And then €3 a month is deducted each month! I don’t get why it’s has “rewards” on the card,far from it!! I’m sure there profiting soo much from this! Such a scam!! Waste of time
