if I could give zero stars I would
if I could give zero stars I would. Only about 50% of my attempts to use it have worked. So many places just can't get it to work, despite repeated attempts. SO then there is a penalty if its not used after a period of time.Always a bit left on the last one, but they charge you €20 to add the balance to your new card. AVOID at all costs. Seems like a profitable exercise for the suppliers.
Charges:Spending Card in the Eurozone: no charge
Spending Card in a Foreign Currency: 2.75% foreign exchange charge
Monthly Card Charge: There is no monthly charge for the first 12 months after card load. After 12 months, a €3 monthly fee will be deducted from any unused card balance.
Replacement Card Charge: €20 per card
Merge Card Charge: €20 to merge up to 6 cards at the same time

I ordered two cards on 30 December
I ordered two cards on 30 December. I received an automated response telling me they would send an invoice and when that had been paid they would issue the cards. I heard nothing more. I have emailed them twice and submitted a request on the website. Still nothing. I'm going elsewhere.
Very slow refund for cancelled order
After I paid for the cards I was asked for lots of paperwork that I was previously told would not be needed. I did not want to go through the hassle and requested a refund.
For two weeks I was told the refund would come. Then they stopped answering the phones for most of December. In January I was asked to send documentation to prove I had paid even though they acknowledged payment in November. Now they blame delays in MasterCard.
As of 17/01/2023 they have finally paid my refund. To achieve this I had to call nearly every week for a month and a half

Avoid allgo, they are a scam, €4065.65 transferred on the 15th of December, received my cards yesterday and they had been loaded with the money and then unloaded again, received an email today to say they didn't receive the funds transfer and I wouldn't get my cards until January, (I received the cards yesterday) they are a joke, don't reply to emails don't answer the phone.
Disappointed
I ordered the digital card as I thought it would be quicker by email than courier. I also went for the option for apple/google pay. I thought I was ordering in good time early last week as they outlined about a 4 day turnaround and they were working 7 days a week in the run up to Christmas. All seemed great. I had our company validated 2 days later and all looking good.
I'm now 9 days in, numerous calls, including a second company validation as they didn't know they had done it already! Numerous emails. They are no longer answering or taking messages, or responding to email and no gifts for staff finishing up today.
Very disappointed.
I got a few cards from swirl and had them within a few days.
update: the cards just came through and are very easy access and use. so while ordering is disorganised its a good product. upping to 3 stars
Less than ideal ordering experience
Less than ideal ordering experience. I understand this is a busy time, but my emails were not returned, and I was not able to speak to someone by phone -despite multiple requests. Also the ordering experience could be improved with digitization.... After a week of trying ended up going to one4all.
KYC is must for Allgo, they should inform about before
Update: I have received full refund 2 months after. You can read the remaining story. Be aware: KYC is must for Allgo but I have found it after the initial money transfer. After I paid for the cards I was asked for more data, scan of your passport, proof of the address etc. When I decided not to send the sensitive information, and demanded Refund, I have never got it back. I lost to Allgo since November 2022 and no sign of the refund yet.

Really good alternative to One4Alls who take an extortionate amount from the retailers (12% i believe)
Given this is a certified Mastercard, it can be used anywhere rather than select shops, and online as well as in person.
Customer service super quick to respond and give any required guidance
Will certainly be using for the small benefit scheme for my employees going forward in years to come!
