Website easy to use prices good
Website easy to use prices good. But quality of flowers ( not all) were not great. Flowers were poorly packed totally lost 1 bunch and unable to use the Peonies these flowers were ordered for my daughters wedding to which I now have 1 day to source more flowers. Delivery was on date I would not recommend this company and will not be using again. And this is the right company as I have save the emails of order confirmation

St first was not impressed but it got rectified.
If I could I would give no stars. I ordered funeral tributes on 7th June to be delivered on 14/06/2024 they had arrived at the depot on the delivery day however not receiving till Monday, really disappointed is an understatement these times are stressful as it is without not receiving my order I called left messages email numerous times but no reply really bad customer service. Just so upset this has happened. And just incase you say there is confusion it was another company it was not I have emails to prove.
I was contacted and was told to check flowers and get back to them, when delivery arrived my lettering never came but I contacted them and these were delivered quickly.

Brilliant job!
Really wonderful flowers and replacements given for flowers that couldn’t be sourced. As it was Bank Holiday a personal driver brought the flowers to Gloucestershire which I was very grateful for. Top service!

However the cost of postage was high and I would take that into consideration when ordering but overall excellent value for money

Amazing flowers, lasted for ages
We ordered the week of our wedding, the website was easy to use, the flowers arrived the day we chose for delivery all boxes up neatly and in perfect condition. The flowers blossomed perfectly on the wedding day and the lasted weeks after as well. We were apprehensive because we saw some negative reviews but so glad we ignored - couldn’t recommend highly enough.

AVOID AT ALL COST!! I ordered flowers for my daughter’s grave they send a load of dead flowers and battered flowers past their best. I didn’t receive the flowers I ordered!! Pictures are very misleading!! I am so disappointed and heartbroken I spent a lot of money with them!

A mixed bag. Some of the flowers arrived in a poor condition. Some of this was due to less than careful handling by the courier but some of the flowers were past their best when sent

I found the website very easy to use and navigate that made my decision making much easier.
Around 10 or more of the flowers were damaged on arrival which was quite disappointing but it didn't impact my event too much as I had other floral items from another source.
