The flowers we received from you were first class. Well packaged and delivered on time, they opened up for a fine display and the scent is gorgeous. They are the best freesias we have bought. Very pleased with the service.

My daughter ordered a Mother’s Day…
My daughter ordered a Mother’s Day bouquet for me, she is away studying in Canada, so she wanted to send me a bouquet for Mother’s Day, the bouquet didn’t arrive on Mother’s Day! After she contacted you , she was promised an upgraded bouquet to be delivered on Friday 25th March, on arrival some of the flowers were past their best, the card with it was soggy, the bouquet was called a luxury sunflower bouquet, where was the sunflower? I was very disappointed with the flowers especially as they were 5 days late!! I would not recommend you to anyone,

I received an open box, flowers in poor condition and no card! Contacted the company, can't contact by phone as the answerphone box is full. Sent several emails. NOTHING! Very poor customer service.

Bad quality and didn’t receive what I ordered
I placed 2 orders with all occasions and both times I had issues and required refunds.
I used all occasions for my Mother’s Day orders this year. I ordered 15 different things, I never received all of my order, some were sent in a different colour to what I ordered and a couple of items even after conditioning them for 2-3 days were dry and discoloured.
I received a refund for the items they never sent, was told the wrong coloured items were the closest replacements to what I ordered and when I emailed images of the wilted and discoloured flowers asking to be reimbursed for them as they were not fit for use, I was told that they couldn’t see any issue with these items, this is what they’re supposed to look like!
Cream lisianthus are not supposed to feel like dry thin tissue paper and are not supposed to be brown! Purple stocks were changing a different colour from the inside out and petals were dropping of them as soon as you touch them! They both clearly had been out of water too long before they arrived with me!
Bad order, poor quality, all occasions didn’t even let me know in advance they substituted any items in my order. I had to go out of my way to source more flowers to make up my orders, as I didn’t receive everything which left me even more out of pocket.
I saw a mix of reviews on here for all occasions and gave them the benefit of the doubt after they promptly gave me a refund on my first order, but after my last order I will never be recommending anyone to them.

The actual flower bloom size is smaller compare to the picture shows
i bought lilies and the picture with the actual flower size is much different. The flowers are smaller than the picture shows It is good to state the size of the bloom rather than give a picture.. If you are unsure about the size of the bloom , yyou have to take the risk.

Flowers were as expected foam all mixed up some oasis some spicer so some better quality than other asked for return of foam ordered by mistake but no reply all in all not a great first experience spent over £ 1000

Great communication from the team as I had not confirmed delivery date, I had an email within a couple of hours of placing my order to confirm when I wanted the flowers delivered. Order arrived on time and was perfect, I would not hesitate to use them again.
