The help and support that was given from the moment of application to the moment of obtaining the full amount of Attendance Allowance. I was treated and spoken to with warmth and understanding from all the Team.
Sam was extremely patient with me, and took time to fill in the Forms, which can be confusing. Regular calls to make sure you are okay, whilst waiting for the result of the claim, means a great deal when you live alone.

Staff made you feel at ease and made the application process very easy, would definitely recommend using them if you are not confident in filling forms and not used to applying for benefits.

From the first contact I was put at ease .Friendly staff and did not make you feel as if you were in the wrong by making a claim for some help , I would recommend 100% I for one cannot and do not like filling in forms

I originally attempted to complete the form myself but soon realised that I needed help. After getting in touch with Allowance Assist it all became plain sailing! The staff were all excellent and spent time getting the form completed. My claim went through without any hiccups and I very quickly received my full allowance.
I was very happy with the way everthing went and the help I received from the team, I am 81 and have never claimed for anything in my life, This will allow me to manage my bills etc.
