Compré el dispositivo Amiro S2 Seal y debo decir que desde el primer uso quedé impactada de cómo mi cara tenía una apariencia más luminosa y con un efecto de lift. Además es fácil de usar y muy rápido, contenta de poder hacerme el tratamiento en casa. Recomiendo el uso de las mascarillas de Amiro ya que a mi parecer tienen muy buen resultado. Debo comentar también que la atención y asesoramiento después de la compra es muy buena.

I have the AMIRO R1 Pro and I can really feel the device working on my face. I have been using it from the last last year & really love the convenience to do my facial beauty routine and the soft feel after the treatment. Highly recommend.

I purchased the Spectra 5-in-1 LED light and the hydraglow booster. They work really well on my skin and I could see improvement. They are softer and the wrinkles are less. However, the hydraglow booster's battery is not that great because it got burnt one time and the replacement's battery was broken again. The team was very nice and they replaced the device twice for me.

My experience with Amiro beauty was great, they really helped me out with my product. I most likely received a faulty product, led mask. However they were very kind and helpful, replied quickly to my email and positively responded. They were so nice and sent me a new one. Without any complications of any sort. I recommend getting their ted light therapy mask since it did really help my skin look healthier and more radiant.

I have used the Amiro U1 for almost 2 years now and it has given my back my confidence that i lost post birth.
Unfortunately my device broke down during stamping and I had to purchase a new one (at a discounted price thanks to Amiro) however the device arrived was faulty and the customer service team, upon verifying videos I had sent them were willing to send me a new one at no cost and ensured me the new one will be tested fully this time to ensure no more problems.

This has definitely given me the confidence as a user that not every product could deliver.

I will continue to use Amiro and I had already recommended 4 friends to U1 which they subsequently purchased and is happy with the result it delivers.

I've used Amiro products for 3 years now. I've tried their R3 turbo, their S1 Seal and recently the U1. I like the U1 best. Twice a week usage has given me visible results. it is great for maintaining the effect of Ultherapy session. My U1 device stopped working 9 months after purchase unfortunately. When i reached out to Amiro, their responded promptly and sent me a replacement. I cannot recommend this company enough!

My devices arrived and I immediately started using them vigilantly and after 4 months am starting to see improvements. Consistency is the key. One of the devices (the RF/red light skin tightening one) just stopped working and when I reached out to customer service they rectified the issue right away . I am very happy with the products and service.

Amiro products is excellent. Have just purchased and really lovin it. It really renewed my facial skin.

After two months of consistent use, I have noticed an improvement in my skin’s overall smoothness, especially on my cheeks and jaw area where I tend to get hormonal acne and rough texture from acne scars. It could be the PDRN serum or the Red Light that my hormonal acne has not been as bad as it used to be. So hopefully the device will still give me good results using other gels.

The Eye Care mode was what I had most hope for. I have dark circles that unfortunately this device did not lighten up any noticeable amount, though it does feel more lifted. I would assume it would significantly help with morning under eye bags or awaken your eyes from tiredness.

The Full Face mode, I do feel my skin slightly tighter, and a little more lifted in the jaw. Using it helps smooth forehead lines and seeing it lift my brows with each pulse is entertaining.

I have used the V-Contour mode a few times, but switched to using mainly Eye then Full Face mode as it was the best in terms of utilizing my routine quickly. For a more intense jawline lift, this mode would be good to use.

As for the device itself, is where I find the design a bit clumsy. Holding the device cramps my hands a little, and my arms get tired needing to hold up the device to my face. The actual head and body of the device does get warm with use, but nothing alarming. The head is easy to clean by wiping with a tissue and as for battery life, I have only charged it twice since using it right out of the box over two months ago. It is currently sitting at 3/5 charge dots.

Overall, Amiro R3 was worth my investment, especially if you can find their bundle deals. I got my R3 with a 90 day supply of the PDRN serum, two packs of the jawline mask, one pack of the eye mask, and a travel pouch. Their Customer Support Team replies quickly to my emails too. It is a very good 4.5 out of 5 stars for me!

After using Amiro Red Light Electric Current Eye Cream for 30 days, the fine lines around my eyes have noticeably reduced, and the bags under my eyes have also started to shrink gradually. I am 64 years old, but my eye skin is still firm. This eye cream is technologically advanced. I continue to use it and recommend it to my friends.

Purchased a hydro glow booster a year ago & suddenly stop working. Contact customer support & their prompt support is amazing. Also, the serum is an effective product.

So far, my experience using the AMIRO U1 device with the mask has been very positive and straightforward. I can clearly feel my facial muscles contracting during each treatment session, which gives me confidence that the device is working as intended.

As visible results typically take at least 2–3 months to develop, it is still too early for me to comment meaningfully on the outcomes. I look forward to assessing its effectiveness after giving it sufficient time.

I was also impressed by the customer support. My query regarding the use of the U1 with the AMIRO Gel was answered promptly and in great detail. The team explained that the stimulation intensity is much milder when using the gel compared to the mask, and their response was both informative and comprehensive.

I've bought several devices form this company over the past few years and all have worked well and been very reliable - as has customer service! I think the AMIRO technology is more advanced than most and, in my experience, more effective (and I've tried quite a few different devices in my time)!

I purchased the LED Mask a year ago and have been very impressed with the results. After using it several times a week, I’ve noticed a visible improvement in my skin's texture and appearance. Additionally, their customer service is excellent—they are very responsive and helpful with any questions.

I like their essence products and red light device very much. I have already used up one set and now I am buying another set. My skin is glowing after use.

Manufacturing defects can happen, but it’s the way Amiro handles them that is unacceptable. Offering 20% for a broken device is not customer service, it’s a lack of respect

​THE DEFECTS:
The HydraGlow unit is LEAKING everywhere (manufacturing defect) .
THE LED MASKSIZE PROBLEM: The mask is way too large for many people and the weight distribution is an ergonomic failure. It causes me sharp pain and migraines. Amiro should be honest and list the compatible head circumference. If you have a small face/head, it simply won't fit and will hurt you.
​THE ADVICE: When I first complained, their support gave me the most ridiculous solutions: they told me to just 'hold the HydraGlow upright' to stop the leaking and to 'only use the mask lying down' to handle the weight. This is not support; it’s a joke.
​THE OFFER: After my second complaint, they finally offered a ridiculous 20% partial refund. For a defective unit that leaks and a mask that causes physical pain, this is insulting.
