They carefully explained the solution and arranged a replacement for me, keeping me updated throughout the process. I really appreciate their patience and responsibility in handling the issue.

I’ve used their PDRN serum and it works very well for my skin. Overall, I’m satisfied with AMIRO’s service and their willingness to stand behind their products. Thank you to the AMIRO support team for the help.

It was a complete scam
I ordered the item and at first e-mails flooded my invoice but after it looked as if my package hai disappeared. I wrote to the e-mail multiple times but no answer. They took my money but nothing arrived! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SITE!

I ordered 2 LED masks & R1 Sculpting. I have been using the LED Mask for few weeks and loving it. It is better than my old LED mask I bought few years ago. Great customer service and responds to email promptly. My order was missing two collagen serum as part of the sale special and after just two emails, they agree to send me the 2 serum bottles.

Amiro beauty machine is that one brand that I can always put my trust on it. I got most likely every machine and once I keep using them for a week I could always sees the improvement of my skin. I really recommend to try it!

It's the first time to buy their products. The feeling of using the product is good. However, due to the continuous problems in the purchase process, the first time was that the delivery place did not support it, and it needed to be sent to another delivery address. The second time is that there is a little problem with the mask received. I inquired by email, and the customer service director replied very quickly. The most admirable and commendable thing is that the company is very willing and generous to compensate and deal with problems with products quickly. Although the above two circumstances have given me a few complaints about the product. I am still willing to try and use the products because of the friendly handling of the customer service. Thank you for your handling. I hope it can provide better products in the future.

The only way to cancel an order is to write an email that they may choose not to respond.
They lure you in with fake discounts and then charge you a different price.
I find the practices of this company scammy and wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.
I requested cancellation of my order within 15 minutes of placing it as I realized they charged the wrong price. They promptly replied offering an alternative to the cancellation, which is not what I desired. Then when I reiterated I was interested in a cancellation and not a refund for the price difference, they proceeded to ignore me.
They say after the order has been shipped they can’t help with the order cancellation, but they refuse to respond to cancellation requests even when they have been placed early in the process.
Scammy company, I don’t want to have anything to do with them or their products.
I will update my review accordingly if they honor the information on their website about order cancellations.

What I like about this device is that it lets you know when to move to the next section of the face. After 6 weeks I do not see any noticeable improvements.

I'm not someone who can stay consistent with beauty devices, but I purchased the U1 and S2 in May 2025, and they also gifted me a laser hair removal machine, which is very nice. I've been using the devices ever since.

Their customer service is also very polite. If you reach out, they reply and always provide a solution — though the response time can be a bit long since the company is based in China.

From my personal experience, I genuinely enjoy their products, including the devices and the stamping masks for both U1 and S2.

The glow function on my LED face mask stopped working after about 8 months. I tried to email them about it numerous times, but they stopped responding to me and my emails. 😥Very bad company, I don't think they stand by their product.

Amiro customer service, although sometimes delayed still provide a good performance. I have bought the S2 from them in the past and have been very happy with it. It has reduced some of my wrinkles and improved my skin texture. Shipping for that item was smooth and efficient. I’m now buying the hydraglow booster from them and I’m looking forward to trying it out. I like the fact that they provide free shipping and also that they handle the customs duties. The S2 is very well made and looks very elegant on my dressing table. It has lasted very well as I bought it 2 years ago. This company continues to impress me with its innovative, reliable and efficient products. I’m tempted to buy their U1 device too but will try out their hydraglow booster first. I have read all the excellent reviews about the hydraglow booster and I trust that it will be as good as the S2.

I mistakenly placed an order and attempted to cancel it within 10 minutes after purchase, but there was no cancellation option — something I’ve never encountered with other online retailers in Europe. I followed the stated policy and sent two emails within the first hour, receiving no response during normal working hours (EU and China). In terms of order cancellation, there is no live support, only email.

My third email was sent with no reply - not surprising. The website claiming 24/7 email support is ridiculous. This raises serious concerns about after‑sales service once payment is made. At minimum, they should offer a short grace-period cancellation, real-time support, and timely email responses. Until then, I absolutely DO NOT recommend purchasing from Amiro.

I’ve been using the Amiro Hydraglow and I’m really impressed. The serum absorbs beautifully and leaves my skin looking smooth, hydrated, and naturally glowy throughout the day. I especially love that it doesn’t feel heavy or sticky under makeup. My makeup sits better and my skin looks healthier overall.

The customer service from Amiro was exceptional as well. The team was friendly, quick to respond, and genuinely cared about helping me choose the right product. The delivery was prompt and everything arrived beautifully packaged.

I’m happy with both the product and the experience. Highly recommend.

I recently purchased from AMIRO and joined their “BOGO Mystery Box – Free Luxury Beauty Tech Gift (Up to $319 Value)” promotion.

The main product (R3 Turbo) arrived, but I haven’t tested it yet. The issue is with the mystery box — I received a NanoMist Oxygen Hydrate Infuser that seems to be worth around $10, which feels misleading compared to the “up to $319 value” advertised.

Customer service confirmed the box includes only one random item but didn’t offer any fair solution. I hope AMIRO improves transparency and customer care in the future.
