I bought a booster kit two months ago, been using it for a month, then the device stopped working, started to contact them. And a quick response, they guided me step by step. Now they're gonna ship me the new one, and also without shipping back the old one, plus they are going to give me a gift. And also, they apologized for what happened to me! The reasons why I still give them 4 out of 5 are because the product.

Ganz und gar nicht seriös.Das Gerät AMIRO U 1 viel zu teuer und Ware seit dem 14.08. unterwegs,vom Zoll deklariert und hing da fest.Antworten von AMIRO immer nur warten warten und sogar 40% Preisnachlass für Ware die ich nie erhalten hatte,über 1 Monat warten ist echt nicht normal….Paypal eingeschaltet und Gott sei Dank zu Gunsten meiner Seite das Geld zurück.
Und wie gesagt,die Ware die da angeboten wird ist überteuert.

I have ordered the U1 and R3 Turbo, and have been using them for two weeks. It's really amazing. There's a very obvious lift on my face, and it's smooth and firm. It's definitely worth buying.

Light Therapy Facial Mask and have been using it for 4 months. It is comfortable to wear and very convenient to use. I highly recommend this product.

I have ordered U1 facial device for quite a while and I can see that I do not need to go to my facial treatment as often as before with U1’s help. Also, another thing that surprises me from this is the mask. It gives sudden brightness after using for one time. I can see that my face is whiter and brighter

Have ordered the Amiro R3 Turbo and have to say the device is a little gem! There was a small problem with charging which has been rectified by the customer service, very pleased with that! The device itself works so well, I am 50yrs old man always looking for way to improve my skin and the R3 turbo does just that: after each treatment my skin feels very tight and snatched, and the feeling carries on trough out the day and day after, you just have this pulling sensation which is fantastic, like a mini facelift! I want to use it all the time, it says to go down with treatments after a few weeks but I’m addicted to it now!😆 Also the different masks I got with the bundle were really effective to kick start your anti ageing course, definitely recommend this device to any on who’s looking to reverse ageing holistically!

i purchased directly from amino beauty Inc on 7/14th/2025 and received on of their devices as part of my order, the hair remove device arrived faulty/ defected.when i contacted customer service, first she asked if i can purchased try difference charger to see if is working and will refund the fee back to me if the device is working :-(((, unlorturnaly, it still not working, so i contacted customer service, they admitted the product was defected but refuse to replace it, claiming it was a "promotion gift" and therefore not covered by their after -sale support.
this policy was never clearly disclosed before purchase, instead of taking responsibility , they told me to throw the device away- a wasteful and unacceptable response for any company, especially one selling high priced beauty technology.
A working product should be a basic expectation, gift or not, this experience shows a lack of transparency, poor customer service, and no regard for sustainability. i would not buy from Amiro Beauty again and would warn other to be cautious before purchasing.

I followed Tatis recommendation to purchase this mask. I really like it so far. It is helping decrease the discoloration of my acne scars.

I worked with (collaborated with) Amiro thinking it was a professional paid partnership. They promised payment, kept changing the terms, asked for multiple edits, and then completely ghosted me after I delivered everything.

I’ve worked with many brands, and this was one of the worst experiences I’ve had. Based on all the other Trustpilot reviews, customers aren’t happy either — so it’s not just creators being treated poorly.

Do not trust this brand. Amiro is shady and not worth your time.

Originally if I could have given a 0 I would. I ordered a skin tightening device with supporting supplies. What I got was a hair removal device. They don't have a customer support phone only email, which is obviously responded to by an incompetent AI device. I even started to file fraud charges with my bank about them in order to get a resolution. The company did finally respond and corrected the problem. I am satisfied with the product now.

Updating my review to 3 stars from 1 star from below since Amiro did contact me to offer a 40% refund if I’m willing to update my review about my negative experience. At least they tried their best to reverse the negative experience, but still they need to be more clear about the return policy on their website.

I wanted to return a device that was brand new in an unopened box. I was told that I had to pay for $200 custom fee to ship back to China. Do not buy from Amiro if you are trying to return. Their website said they offer 90 day return, but customer had to pay for return shipping. They did not disclose the custom fee for the return shipping.

I bought U1 and received it in July blast year. Now it is broken. Amiro won't send me a new one. I tried to contact them multiple times and they are not replying anymore. The live chat is not available during their office hour as well. This company now bankrupting, they are not serving customers anymore.

You can almost never get in contact with customer service. If you do, they’ll send you one message then ghost you for days/wks even. Very unprofessional. Horrible service.

Several months after purchasing the LED mask, the controller stopped working. This is supposed to be under warranty. I tried contacting the company many times and got a request to send them a video showing the issue. I did that immediately but have not received any response. This product was NOT cheap! Their customer service is abolutely awful. So, now I'm stuck with a non-functioning mask after spending the money for the device!

I ordered the rf face tightening machine and received the incorrect item (the led face mask) I contacted customer service repeatedly and NO REPLY!!! They are nothing short of a disgraceful company with ZERO after sales. Their website and online tutorials promise the earth but in reality deliver nothing. Fortunately my credit card company have refunded me the full price I paid. Please do not order from them unless you want lots of stress!!! I would give zero stars if this was an option.
