Very pleased with the service and price I was charged! I would recommend to my family and friends.

They sent a courteous and knowledgeable repair person who arrived on time as scheduled. He diagnosed the trouble with our 5-7 yr old Maytag dishwasher as a failure of the pumpout assembly. His estimate ran about $438. I priced the price of the assembly at $60 which left an incredible $378 for labor. I don't think they really wanted the job as I can buy brand new dishwashers for about 1/2 this overall cost.
I do know one thing, however. This will be my last Maytag appliance as my two sons in law each bought the same make and model and both failed with the same component.

The technician who came to fix my appliances was highly professional and knowledgeable, He identified the problems, and fixed them in short order. He also provided useful information regarding maintenance that will be helpful in the future.

The repairman was on time, troubleshot the problem and repaired it in less than half an hour. Explained to us what caused the problem and how to avoid issues in the future.

We have a problem with our oven not heating up. Appliance Master came out and told us it was the ignitor. He explained the whole problem and ordered us a new part. Very satisfied with the experience.

New right away what was wrong, ordered the part. Was fixed in less than a week.

Contacted Bosch regarding problem with ice maker. Bosch was great in that they agreed to pay for diagnosis and then agreed to pay for the full repair. Appliance master was dispatched to my house. A full diagnosis was made and the part ordered. They called after part arrived and a new appointment scheduled. The repair person showed up at the end of the two hour window. Not a problem. I will say I was glad I knew a bit about the removal and installation of this part. The repairman had issues with the install so I assisted. If I'd not been there he'd never finished it. He ended up closing up the machine and upon testing it found out he forgot to connect all the wiring. He then tested it and it tested ok. I checked it later that night and he failed to turn on the ice maker. I turned it on and it is now producing ice. I suggest Bosch better trains their repairman on how to fix these ice makers. They are small and plastic and easy to break. I am happy it is now fixed!

Diagnosed the problem instantly but There wasn't really much room to move the appliance around. Based on the circumstances suggested the most practical solution and went ahead with. Appliance has been working fine since. I would definitely recommend appliacemaster hands down!

The technician showed up within the promised time period. He was courteous. He diagnosed the problem. Ordered the replacement part. The part was delivered and installed earlier than was told it would be. And the cost was reasonable. Overall a great experience.

I would recommend Appliance Master. Their service was friendly, professional; and most important they were flexible. I didn't have to wait all day for them to service my oven.

Service man ran into the side of the garage after being jumped causing damage. Nobody called or came out as promised by him two truck took him away as he had no brakes. Very poor service and follow up!

I was able to get an appointment right away. The serviceman came on time and tried very hard to fix the problem; however, to fix it correctly required an expensive part. He explained that given the age of the machine and the cost of the part we would be better off buying a new machine for only a little more investment. I thought that was pretty honest of him.

When I scheduled online I was told the hours between 2-4 PM, which I had requested. I get a call at noon that the serviceman was waiting at my house. Luckily I was only minutes away, as I had planned my day with the 2-4PM window on mind. Service was fine.

My clothes dryer unexpectedly stopped drying the clothes. In one day they sent a technician over to my house. I can't say enough about the efforts he went to. He had my dryer working in no time, explained what he found. I highly reccommend them.

"You can't fix what is not broken." So I was told.
I loved my Whirlpool Cabrio until the bin started knocking itself into the outside walls when spinning. It is, apparently, a common happening resulting from the poor stabilization within the washing machine.
My appointment was scheduled promptly and the technician was very courteous and pleasant. I just wished he could have solved this problem!

The tec. that came to my home was neat and very professional he did his job, and was gone, what more can you ask for?
