Absolutely brilliant customers service 10/10 cause I must off asked them 1000 questions about all different beds and they answered every question with patience and politeness. I ordered bed Sunday night it arrived Tuesday but what can I say the bed is just stunning I'm in love ❤️ highly recommend A&Q Beds 💕💕💕

Excellent service. Ordered a new bed, arrived as described, and delivered exactly when I was told it would arrive. Nice to deal with, polite, friendly, and very professional. Recommended to all.

My experience was very good. Very good communication, every question I had was answered and was updated with my bed during every step. The delivery was also on time and efficient. Any questions I had after receiving my bed was also answered. Overall great service, friendly customer service and amazing bed!

Ordered a bed and received a silver bed instead of a cream colour. I said I wanted the fabric that I ordered and they said it would be £100 extra to change despite it being their error. I said I wanted my money back and only then they offered to change it. I chose a dark brown fabric to play it safe the second time around and they delivered a cream bed. They then blocked me when I raised the issue again. I wish I could add images. Dodgy that they only accept cash.

Amazing service from start to finish, got my bed 5 days after ordering. bed arrived earlier than expected delivery guys brought it up to the third floor not a problem, the bed itself is stunning, solid and well made, reasonably priced! Comfortable mattress also

I ordered a bed and mattress for my young daughter. The communication was excellent and a very easy ordering experience. Pleased with the bed and all the information received. The headboard arrived damaged but the company responded straight away and replaced it within a week. I would recommend this company. Thank you.

Best bed company have seen so far the quality of the mattress even the material used for the bed is insane I’m very happy with my purchase their communication is excellent and delivery guy was very lovely and patient with my staircase that was a bit low 10/10 for this company

If I could give minus stars I would, customer service is the worst I’ve ever received, Received a phone call @ 9am on the morning of our delivery to be told our bed would be delivered in an hour, 2 hours later I call to be told sorry we called the wrong customer, Bed finally delivered @ 7pm, the driver told us sorry you’ve got no fixings they’ve been stolen off the van, I called and sent messages via social media to explain that our bed had been taken down and if we were told earlier in the day we could have left it as it was, we went on to explain that my partner is disabled and she couldn’t sleep on the floor this was totally ignored, didn’t receive the fixings kit until 3 days later and the management didn’t even have the decency to reply to my messages other than to say your stuff will be delivered in a few days time, disgusting customer service !!!!!

Great service, easy, fast and pain free lol! Ordered my bed on the 1st of February it was delivered 5 days later, and to Belfast may i add, so straight foward! Absolutely love my new cream chenille king size bumper panel bed, gorgeous material and gorgeous to look at, also very straight forward to put together, will defiantly recommend and use again 💯 thanks guys

Bought a bed from this company in 2022 via there instagram page. Very straight forward process and super fast delivery . Excellent quality of bed, heavy duty and plush still perfect 2 years on. And now looking to make another purchase for another bedroom!

The quality of my bed is outstanding and so much value for money . I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM !!!
