The best company to get your beds from! I got an amazing deal in their Black Friday sale , I ordered on Sunday and it was delivered on Tuesday all the way to Northern Ireland! Amazing service and amazing customer service! I absolutely love my bed it’s gorgeous and the best quality, it also came with a mattress! Can’t wait to place another order , I really recommend aq beds!

Amazing price for super king with mattress and box came in time and very sturdy and comfortable would defo recommend.

Received a damaged headboard on both sides, got in touch with company was advised I would get a replacement or £20 refund, after going back and forth they then changed their mind to collecting the bed the next week having it a week to repair then sending it back the following week, I explained the bed was made up and in use said that’s their policy! I informed them I was going to seek advise through legal advice was told to ‘try it’ again told they would repair it process taking 2 weeks after paying for a new bed was going to get. Repaired bed then was accused that I could have damaged it taking it upstairs when we took tit up in the packaging! Arranged for collection the next week to be let down as they couldn’t find the route! Didn’t try to call of get in touch in anyway, said it would be another week to collect absolutely the worst experience of customer care I have received in my whole life once they have your cash service changes
