It's a scam, believe the negative reviews, do not trust the positive ones, are fake. I was a fool not to come here and read the reviews before hiring them. I wish them the worst. Showed up more than an hour late at the pickup window, comfortably sitting in the truck, smoking cigarettes..constantly increasing prices, and threatening to unload the truck If my wife would not agree to the "new price". I was already at my destination due to work so there wasn't much I could do via phone. You book with this guy Zachary and seems like you got the deal of the year, everything you ask he replies there is no problem......it's just bait...had 1100 cf and they said, ( because they load the truck like s..t) that I was 700 over and asked for more than double which makes no sense... extremely lazy movers..customers service it's a joke. They hired Top Moving USA LLC which it's the same crap... I am waiting for them to deliver now...and see all the damage they made...I will never understand how those companies are not investigated and shut down. They probably hire illegal immigrants as well...a nightmare....stay away, please!!!

I contracted this company to move my belongs from Ohio to Florida. When we first talked to Zachary the sales person in march, he provided an estimate. With about 24 hrs before the pick up date, they called us for an inventory review and the quote was double more.
They came the next day (Jun 21st), we discussed and decided to pay for it.
We were CLEAR to everyone that we need our belongs to be in Florida on Jun 29th. They had week to organize our delivery.
On jun 26th another company called saying they partnered with Atlas and they confirmed the delivery date of jun 29th and they would call 24 hrs before with details.
On jun 28th no one called me, I called this other company and they said they don’t have a crew to deliver my belongs and my belongs are STILL in Ohio???? They don’t have an estimate date of when they will delivery, no dates provided… Is this any type of joke?
I payed $13,000 to this company for what, if I’m at a new place and I don’t have bed to sleep with a 2 years old daughter.
I called Atlas Mover as well since this other company they partnered up don’t have answers and Atlas don’t have information, date or a solution!!!
I’m frustrated, upset, and I will sue this company to pay me back all the extra money I’m spending for buying things I don’t actually need to survive at the new house.

When you contract a moving company the MINIMUM you hope you will get is your belongs to get at your new home in time, since we are going to another state and don’t have anything… what they expect us to do?

Do NOT, repeat, DO NOT use unless you want to be hustled. They’re a broker, not an actual moving co. So, what will happen is you will have multiple discussions about all the items that need to be moved, agree on price, set date and time, and then someone they contract to move you will come and charge you THOUSANDS MORE than what you agreed to. Doesn’t matter if you have only the agreed upon items. DO NOT USE aNYONE THAT IS A BROKER. Call Good Greek or someone like that who does NOT broker out!!!! Learn from our mistake.

Hired and fired them within 24. They stole a 30% deposit. Had to get my bank involved to try and get my money back. I don’t know how they even have a license to operate. Total SCAMMERS!!! DO NOT GO ANY FURTHER

I've previously left a review and now AMG is trying to have it removed. I find it fascinating that all of a sudden in the last 2-3 days they have nothing but 5 star reviews where previously all reviews noted my experience - they take your money and ghost. I asked for a refund 3 HOURS after contracting with them and denied me a refund. I disputed with my bank but they couldn't help. I then opened a case with the BBB which did nothing. Finally, I sued them in small claims court...they didn't show. The hassle to try to post liens to obtain my money will just continue to cost me more time and money. This company is a SCAM and needs to be taken out of business. DO NOT USE THEM.

Trust me they quote low and hire a 3rd party mover who triples the price..Drive these guys out of a job !!!they are thieves.And your deposits DO NOTgo towards YOUR move.Thats there FEES...SCUMBAGS

Wish I could rate a NEGATIVE 10, not even a moving company just a broker, was never told...spent 4 times the money than it would with a LEGITIMATE company. PLEASE DO NOT USE, believe all the negative reviews they are TRUE!!!!!! Hopefully all of us can put them out of business!!!

Absolutely horrible service. I was quoted a price and was told it was the "worst case scenario" quote. The day my things were to be loaded was far too late to find an alternative and it was suddenly twice the amount of my quote and I was stuck paying it because there was no more time. This was after they tried to move my load date and time 3 different times despite me making it clear that this was not an option and the day we agreed upon initially was the only day that worked for our schedule. Then it took twice as long for our things to be delivered and it was clear that our stuff was just thrown around. So many boxes were beaten down and smashed and then re-taped by the movers to try to hide it. Several things arrived broken, many beyond repair and we are still missing items. I reached out to the movers several times before things were delivered to get an idea of where our stuff was and when it would arrive and was told each time that they would check and get back to me. They never called me back. The agent who gave me my initial quote won't return a phone call or email and has all but ghosted us. And now that we have a list of items that were broken or missing, they are saying it could be 30-45 days before we even get a response about this. Absolutely terrible company and flat out liars.

Scammers. Their email, website, and phone conversation seemed legit, so I fell for it. Website went down immediately after I signed the contract. They didn't send me a receipt until after the 48-hour cancellation window passed. Even after I called and asked them to give me my deposit back, they lied to my face. I sent a cancellation email like they asked, and they had the audacity to respond like we never spoke on the phone about the situation. 0/10 do not use this company.

100% fraud company. I usually don't write reviews, but I hope this will help push this page closer to the top results on Google, making it easier for people to find these reviews and avoid this company. All the other reviews are true. A guy on the phone (Bobby) said there are a few negative reviews on the Internet, and they come from competitors. That's a lie. All the reviews are truthful and comes from real victims.

In my case, their sales representative (Bobby) called me and asked if I was planning to move on a date when I actually had no this particular date in mind. I'm left wondering where they got my personal information and whether it was obtained legally. Before they called, I had checked quotes from some other companies, and there's one in particular I suspect of selling my information to these scammers in the first place (PODs), because it's the only company with which we discussed this specific date. So, I believe they acquire information about their victims illegally from the start. And they intentionally look for those who are planning to move soon, so they never return the deposit (which is significant).

Everything happened over a single phone call, and I didn't have enough time to research this company. So, I signed the agreement. After that, I did thorough research and realized things could get worse if I proceeded with them. So, I canceled the service within an hour after signing the agreement. And I sent the cancellation email earlier than 14 business days, the deadline in the agreement. They keep 20% of the deposit no matter what. But I was hoping to get back at least 80%. They refused. I also used a Chase credit card for the deposit (even though it adds an extra 5%), hoping Chase would help resolve any problems if something went wrong. But Chase decided to ignore my arguments. So, this also didn't help.

The company should not exist. Since Chase wasn't helpful, I'm going to consult with a lawyer and most likely sue them. Hopefully, someone else will sue them as well, and the company will eventually cease to exist. It's unfortunate they can do what they do. It needs to be stopped.

I tried to cancel the reservation I had the next day by texting the guy that told me everything should go through him. I later found out nothing was done and I had to email the billing dept. they denied my claim to cancel saying it wasn’t within 48 hrs and kept the 2k reservation money. They screwed this veteran royally.

Just adding to the other complaints. So i dealt with ROBBIE SUMMERS, who seemed very friendly and nice on the phone and so we went over everything that i wanted moved. Mostly from my garage. Lift, bench, shelving, toolbox, quad.
I sent Robbie pictures of all the items to be moved and also the measurements of everything that was going to be shipped just to show that i was being honest with the things i wanted shipped. I took a picture of the measurements and sent them to him. H egave me a price of 3,200 to move everything. When the movers showed up they looked at everything and a woman from ATLAS MOVER GROUP calls me and says it will be 9,000 dollars to move your items. I could not believe what she was telling me. I tried to call ROBBIE SUMMERS many times and aldo texted him but he NEVER RESPONDED. The woman brought the price down to 7k but i told her she was crazy and i wanted my original price of 3,200 dollars. I refused to deal with them. The company they sent i wound up making a deal with them to move my items.So what i found out is ATLAS MOVER GROUP company prices your move out and then finds a moving company. They are just a broker. BE AWARE ANYTIME YOU WANT TO MOVE. Find a local moving company that will come to your home and look at your items and get a written estimate.
I BELIEVE THIS ATLAS MOVING GROUP IS A SCAM OUTFIT. STAY AWAY FROM THEM.

If I could give no stars I would! Worse experience ever! I wish I would have read the reviews first. They quoted me an amount and then used a third party company which ended up charging more. No one picks up the phone for either company. Even for their own employees. This place is horrible and they scam people which makes it worse. Report to the BBB!

All the negative review are true. I wish I would have read before using Altals but I was in a bind and Kenneth sounds reliable at the time. Kenneth told me my price would never exceed the initial quote but it the company that came to load my stuff tore down $1200 worth of cable lines, then tried to charge me more. Now kenneth will not return my calls. I paid 2500 dollars. They use third party company that are even worse and hold your things hostage, never answer your call and when they do they hung up on you. My things were handled without care and were damaged in the move. He never returned my call when I called him and was just an overall horrible experience. So many other negative things happened but bottom line, DONT USE THIS SERVICE, TOTAL SCAM.

Disgusting. I got a call and when I was asked if I was moving in April I said no most likely in October the guy says “OKAY” and hung up on me.

Don't use these people. They charge thousands of dollars up front then subcontract to others who will hold your belongings hostage foe thousands more-all demanded in cash. Crooks!

Do not use this company.

They are crooked. I was sold a ‘full service’, ‘door-to-door’ guaranteed move by Jordan of Atlas Mover Group. He said I would communicate with him and he would be available throughout the move. He also said my things would arrive in 3-4 weeks. HE LIED. 1 week before the move, I was called by another company – Arrow Trucking. This was a surprise because Jordan and Atlas promised they would be handling the move. Jordan assured me that Arrow would handle our things responsibly and professionally. The day of the move, two people showed up at my house responding to a Craigslist ad to move our things. Then, the driver showed up with a van labeled ‘Roadrunner Trucking’. He proceeded to take pictures of all of our things, which he sent to his boss, Luis. Luis told the driver that we were over our limit, which we were not as per our agreement with Atlas and Jordan. Arrow called Jordan at Atlas, and Jordan’s response was to ask me ‘do you really want x and y item?” referring to my sports equipment, my toddler’s stroller and my toddler’s toys – all of these were on the contract with Jordan. Arrow took the things on Dec 15th, 2023. They were supposed to arrive by January 14th, 2024. I haven’t spoken to Jordan since Dec 15th, and no one from Atlas has provided any help. Luis from Arrow began ignoring my calls mid January. Another representative from Arrow, Al, promised us our things were in Honolulu as of January 20th. He too was lying. On February 12th, I received a call from the dispatchers in Honolulu saying my things arrived in a container with belongings of 5 other families, with no organization or information on whose things belonged to who. Hopefully our things will arrive next week.
AVOID JORDAN and ATLAS and LUIS and ARROW/ROADRUNNER at all costs.

They are nothing but scam artists. They quote a low low amount and after they load the truck they demand an exuberant amount of money while holding your belongings for ransom. Do not I repeat do not go through them.

They do a video chat/ phone quote and low ball it. They asked for 1/3 up front, 1/3 when they show up,1/3 when delivered. There was no mention of a $250 fee to put it on a card. Just added it. Then they show up 2-3 hours late, move slower than slow, and tell you have way more stuff then quoted. And it’ll be $2000.00 more. Then it won’t fit and they will get another truck, only charge you for 600 cubic feet more at $6/CC but cut you a deal for $3300, $5300 more than quoted and way too late to get anyone else to beat closing deadline. They say it will all go on the second truck.They left 7 items on the quote behind because it wouldn’t fit. Showed up to deliver 3 hours late a day later and moved slower than molasses. Our dinning room table was top down on the floor of the second truck, damaged, no pads used but they did have them on the truck right behind it. Plenty of room left on the tail for what the left. Watched them drop boxes Christmas ornaments and laugh about it. Lots of scratched, damaged wood furniture and a busted 50” flat screen that was wrapped. No response on emails and texts on filling a claim, really don’t expect one, really a scam, bait and switch jacked up rip off. Bunch of crooks!
