We had near flawless experience. The website is fairly self explanatory and bit experience was smooth. The communication was prompt thorough email. But tried to call few times which did not go well. Overall a good job.

I have used Auction House on a number of occasions now to dispose of land and they have been excellent on all occasions. Their advertising material is high quality, their staff are friendly and polite and an all round high quality firm. I would have no hesitation using them for all auction disposal services in the future based upon previous sites they have sold for me in the past. Top results have always been achieved due to the due to the competitive nature of the bidding and high quality and extensive marketing campaign prior to the sale.

I have just bought a two bedroom flat in Brighton through Auction house UK and found them incredibly helpful throughout, from the initial Viewing, through to the Auction and in the final Exchange.

Bailey is an absolute star. So accommodating, friendly and professional. Nothing was too much trouble. The whole experience of buying an auction property has been smooth and relatively stress-free. I believe this is because of the wonderful service provided by Auction House. I have bought my 'forever home', however, would happily buy through Auction House again.

Romilly was a pleasure to deal with on a tricky transaction. If the review was purely on service received, it would be 5*.
What was frustrating was the inconsistency within the auction pack. Completion was delayed by 5 months due to the contract provided in the auction pack not including part of the land being sold - which it transpired was never filed with land registry. Surely this should have been picked up prior to listing.
We then incurred an additional £3500 charge for the seller's legal fees due to the original solicitors incompetence.
Overall, I'd definitely still buy from them again.
