Great experience with Auction House from start to finish. Gary was brilliant to deal with – honest, down-to-earth, and always happy to help. His can-do attitude made everything so much easier, and I always felt like I was getting straightforward advice with no pressure.

Nothing was too much trouble, and he kept me informed throughout the process. It's refreshing to work with someone who's genuine, reliable, and clearly cares about getting the best result.

I like this company. Very efficient and quick before and after the purchase I made, keeping me informed all the way. Actual auction bidding is easy and they give you time to think and make a bid. I would have given it 5* but you have to make a deposit to bid (which is fair enough), and if you are successful in your bid you then have to find 10% of the purchase price fairly quickly (again ok), however they don't let you use the deposit amount they already have. This is returned to you when they have the 10%. Seems strange to me unless there is some legal thing going on here.

We were left with a very run down property that needed a lot of work and Chris and his team made the whole process from start to finish absolutely seamless. I cannot begin to express how much the help and support we received when dealing with a difficult building, was made much easier because of Chris' knowledge and skills in the Auction house. Our house was sold and the whole process was completed within three weeks. They not only helped us with the sale, but also the legal proceedings and worked in collaboration with an amazing solicitors to make the whole process slick and move like clockwork. Thank you Birmingham Auction house for everything. My family are most grateful.

I would 100% recommend Auction House.
A very daunting time, selling our late father’s house was handling with respect, professionalism and friendliness.
I rang Katie at 6pm on a Wednesday evening, and straight away I was put at ease. Everything was explained clearly, and she met with us the next morning. Photos were taken that day, and by the Monday, the house was on their website, and also on Rightmove.
We communicated regularly via phone and messages. There was a lot of interest before the auction, and she guided us carefully throughout. We had a pre- auction offer and Katie advised, with her unlimited experience and expertise, and we accepted a pre-auction offer well above the reserve price.
Nothing was too much. My silly questions were answered without judgement and with clear explanations.
Katie understood my work commitments and spoke to me during evenings, so nothing felt pressured.
Katie handled everything until the exchange date. Everything was handled professionally, but most importantly for me, with kindness.
If you have any doubt about whether you should use this company, you will not be disappointed.

Really bed experience list day exchange continues no one available to give key I driver over 45 minutes to get a key and only mian door key I get it is been over 10 day I'm still waiting to get all other key !!!
That is my first time to buy through auction house and will be last one so bad customer service .
