The fact that the entire transaction can be completed within 28 days from the auction date makes the process even more worthwhile, especially when managed so efficiently.
Overall, a transparent service, handled with professionalism and care. I would happily recommend them to anyone considering selling through auction.

I cannot thank Noah Meranda at Auction House London enough for his incredible support. After a stressful Section 21 eviction where my own letting estate agent failed to even ask the departing tenant for the keys, Noah stepped in to save the day.
My ex-tenant was incredibly difficult to deal with. Noah went the extra mile by tracking her down, communicating with her, and traveling out to a faraway train station just to collect the keys and get the key return acknowledgment signed. Thanks to his swift action, I secured vacant possession immediately and avoided weeks of stressful delays.
On top of that, Noah gave me expert advice on the ideal guide and reserve prices to ensure a successful auction sale. He is a true asset to Auction House London, highly professional, and deeply committed to his clients. I cannot recommend him enough!

I would urge anyone using Auction House, and specifically dealing with Sam Harris, to read every document extremely carefully before signing.

I contacted Sam about selling an apartment in Echo Building, Sunderland. My understanding from the discussion was that I would be receiving the same fee terms as another sale in the building, including the position on agency and solicitor fees.

I later signed the documents that were sent to me, but it has since become clear that the written terms were different from what I understood had been discussed. Auction House’s position is that because the terms were issued and signed later, they apply, and that the earlier conversation related to a different sale.

I am extremely disappointed with how this has been handled. In my view, the process was not clear enough and I feel I was left with a fee position that did not reflect what I believed had been agreed.

My advice to anyone using them is simple: do not rely on conversations or assumptions. Check every fee, every solicitor cost, and every term in writing before signing anything.

Over the past three months, I have sold two of my London properties with the assistance of Noah Meranda from Auction House. Throughout the process, Noah was exceptionally responsive and helpful, often taking the time to answer my questions outside normal business hours.

What impressed me most was his accurate understanding of the market. During the sale of the first property, he strongly recommended underwriting at a particular level. I decided not to follow his advice at the time, but in hindsight, I should have done so, as his assessment proved to be correct.

I would not hesitate to work with Noah again and would gladly contact him if I were to sell another property in the future.

I researched auction houses, but I can honestly say the reason why I used auction house uk was for the personal touch. Hannah and Cheryl went above and beyond for my dad and I, in order to sell our house. Nothing was too much trouble. From liaising with sellers, solicitors, land registry, they did it! They were honest, reliable and so supportive. I cannot recommend them enough. It is not just about money for them, it was more than that. My the end of the process, you felt like family.
