They went the extra mile and then some

My property remained unsold for multiple months with auction house. Communication was very poor, and I didn't see enough effort or strategy to generate interest, even after greatly reducing the property with their recommendation, they still didn’t achieve a buyer. They refused to keep the property up with them so after over nearly two years of wasted time they would not help any further. Could have used the time wasted to get it sold with other more competent agents. Therefore, I can't recommend their service at all and feel hugely let down

After winning a house at auction 2 days ago, we were informed today at 4.30pm that the sellers are pulling out with no reason or explanation- and the lady that told us this is not answering her phone or emails. Preparing to fight this legally but this is the most unprofessional thing I have ever witnessed and will likely cost us thousands in legal fees. It is stated on your website that the buyer and seller cannot pull out once auction is complete and I am baffled that you allowed them to not go ahead with a legally binding agreement. Disgraceful.
