Super helpful, highly professional and replies super fast. Shipped the TPMS for Audi RS3 8Y to Greece and helped me install it on the car. Thank you Andy!

I got my S3 fitted with the 360 camera and advanced TPMS. Andy did the work with care and responsibility and also was very generous on sharing his knowledge about Audi cars. He is the most respectful engineer I met ever. Now I am already start to schedule my next visit to his workshop for my another audi car.

We received nothing but friendly, professional and an expert service from Andy. Not only a great guy, but extremely accommodating when arranging to do the work on our vehicle. We gained some great advice from him too regarding other car topics and once the work was complete he did a thorough demonstration to show us how everything worked. Wouldn’t hesitate in recommending Andy and will most definitely be re-visiting him when we need any further work done.

Andy is absolutely top rate in terms of his professionalism and knowledge, not forgetting his tenacity in getting to the bottom of issues.
My first dealings with Andy were when retrofitting blind spot monitoring to my Passat B8. This was excellent and straightforward.
While working on this it became clear that my rear view camera retrofit by some one else was seriously flawed.. an Audi camera with Golf firmware fitted to a Passat. Therefore impossible to calibrate. On another visit Andy was able to update. It with the correct firmware so that it could be calibrated, and calibrated it too.
He has also helped with some fairly serious problem solving that the dealer was completely unable to solve.

Although there were other companies doing these upgrades closer to my home, after reading the reviews and speaking to Andy I made the decision to make the 450 Miles round trip to allow Andy to do the upgrades to my SQ7. I wasn't disappointed. His level of professionalism is unparalleled and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to anybody.
I'm sure I'll be back for more upgrades in the future.

Booking an appointment was really easy, excellent communication throughout, my emails were responded to quickly. The job was carried out efficiently on the day, & everything was explained. Customer service was excellent. Very reasonable price too, I would highly recommend Andys company.

What can I say, Andy is so professional and helpful. This is the third time I have used his services. I found him by chance on youtube when looking for someone close to where we live to add Apple CarPlay and maps to my wife’s Audi TT roadster. That encounter lead to a second visit to add puddle lights and door safety lights. Then finally our last visit to upgrade the door mirrors to folding mirrors. Andy is so knowledgeable and helpful and can perform most Audi upgrades it can become addictive. I would not hesitate to recommend him to any Audi owner thinking of carrying out upgrades to their car.

Nothing was to.much trouble ! Clearly explained what he was doing [I asked loads of question whilst he installed all the soft wear.] Clearly explained how it worked after everything was installed the after care was great asking if everything was OK .great communication via email , realy great service and value for money also reassurance if I ever had an issue it would be resolved ASAP! I had Android and apple car play also.the sat nav activated on my audi TT roadster .he also throw a freebie in an added the alarm chirp , everyone get your car here and sorted properly don't waste your time going any where else !

Andy is a very welcoming person, and extremely professional in what he does. It was a fair drive for me to get to him to have my work carried out, but it was 100% worth all the effort. I will certainly be revisiting Andy again for other upgrades to my RS3. I would recommend him in a heart beat.

Andy is a lovely guy who not only really knows his stuff, but will also take time to discuss and explain it. I arranged a booking for traffic sign recognition on my A4 B9, but ended up having all kinds of other really useful stuff done (dual nav, MMI s/w upgrade etc). Superb product, great experience, beautifully managed, super-responsive and generally lovely to deal with. I'm delighted, and it's made the car really demonstrably nicer to drive.

Andy has worked on 3 of my Audi’s and the fact it’s a 400ml round trip each time for me to use him is a reflection of his attention to detail and the fantastic quality of his work.

His knowledge of Audi’s is superb and he is more than happy for you to watch him whilst he is working on your car.

So if you are wanting an OEM quality retrofit to your car, but your not to sure on how to go about it or who to use give Andy a call first - you won’t be disappointed.

I'd downloaded free maps from My Audi but given up trying to install them, car just wouldn't recognise them.
Infuriating, until 5 minutes remote help from Andy, problem sorted 👍

Andy retrofitted the Ambient lights for my A3 Saloon. His work met all my expectations. His work was precise and expertly completed. I would highly recommend his work to anyone else who is looking to retrofit their Audi in some way. Thanks Andy!

Drove down from near York, worth every mile. Support and questions before hand all answered and advice was greatly received. Seriously knows these cars inside and out.

Had Park Assist added to my 4M SQ7, also had the MMI upgraded to the latest version, all added to the build sheet with Audi. Nothing was too much trouble, updated throughout the day on progress and shown everything on handover.

My only regret was not realising all the extra services he offered both from a retrofit perspective but also as a Ghost installer. Means another long drive in the near future to get more bits done, as the level of service is amazing.

Excellent customer service.
Took to add TPMS to my Audi Q7 and various system upgrades. Work was done at the highest level and in very short time. What's more important that all jobs was planned prior my arrival and I was able to discuss all questions via email, which was very important as travel was far. Can't fail on anything and will be using for any other planned projects on car.

Andy is amazing. His workmanship is second to none and I can't recommend him highly enough. Every step was planned and explained to me. Excellent communication. I picked up my TT Roadster today. I now have a reversing camera, front sensors. sat nav, automatic dipping headlights and i can see what the speed limits are. All for less than Audi dealership wanted to charge for the Sat Nav alone. I'm delighted with it.

I took my Audi in get the chrome badges replaced with black badges. Andy did a fantastic job! He was extremely professional from start to finish. Highly recommended.
