I am very happy with my Aurelie blouse. It arrived promptly with a hand written note which was nice. I am only awarding 3 stars as I ordered the shirt in pink but it was delivered in cream. Luckily I like the cream so no worries.

Good customer service and lovely jeans , only boyfriend preferred another pair so had to send back . Will definitely be ordering again

This is the second time ordering from Lucy, although this time I had to return my order, it was only due to ordering in the only size left which was too big for me.
The quality and price for her pieces are so good that I will definitely be ordering again from this amazing shop.

Delivered in a nano second and very good quality. My only concern and it is a big one is that the product was made in China. A big surprise. Your website flags up French fashion and I assumed that all your designs were made in France or in the EU. Not very confident about ordering anything else again as I will not support China based products. They are undercutting with cheap labour. A shame as I really liked your designs.

The jumper is strange around the neck, I will however have to keep it as I did tear up my receipt and return form. A little disappointed for the price.

Love the long cream cardigan, distinctive and good quality. Responsive to size change need on Alouette jumper.

Ordered 2 items. Was a delay on one order so had to wait till both items available to receive, so waited a couple of weeks in all. Had to email company to find this out. Trench coat is good quality but came scrunched up in an undersized plastic bag with jumper. For the money spent I expected better packaging. Overall though happy with purchases and quick response from them when emailed.
