Item (men’s blue linen shirt size XL) took 13 days to arrive from China. It arrived crumpled in a tiny plastic bag. No labels, no return address. Was at least 3 sizes too small. Only offer 10% refund which is £2.95. Are asking for £30 postage return when item only cost £29.95. This company claims a London name but is clearly a Chinese sweatshop run by exploiters. No customer service. No help. No options. Just wasted £30 on something I can never wear. I’m disgusted, please don’t ever give money to these cowboys. I wish I’d seen these reviews first. But I got sucked in by the AI website. If I could give zero stars I would.

Shoddy quality product, sizing is completely wrong, delivery was almost 3 weeks. The product is quite obviously shipped in from China - I could have bought it for a quarter of the price of Shein or Temu.

The company wanted £37 return fees (it would have cost me less than £3 to return the item. When I asked for justification of the extortionate returns fee, their 'customer service' department stopped responding.

Avoid buying from this awful company at all costs.

You have to pay £30 to send it back !!
The dress arrived the latest day possible which left me no time to find another outfit for my event. The customer service was good but felt like AI, and when I requested a return and refund I was given the option to 10% of the original price of the dress which was cheap quality and nothing like the photos or £30 to send it back with a full refund which would of left me with the nearly the same amount of money back as the 10%. The clothes come from china even tho the name has London in it, the business is based in Amsterdam and clothes are dispatched from china. I would not recommend this brand at all

The item was very cheap and nothing like the photos online. I asked for a refund and to return it, they said that it would cost me 35 euros to return therefore I could keep the item but they would only refund me 10%. Absolutely terrible.

They only have one star because I can't do 0. London in the name... address in Netherlands. Nope. Cheap from China! Cheap, poorly made, poorly shaped. When requesting a refund I was offered 10% and to keep the dress. Why would I? It's awful. Wanted to return it. Wanted me to pay £30 postage. Threatened me with customs, import taxes and administration fees. As well as stating if lost or damaged in transport they would no longer refund. Refund what? I've already spent more on the return. A shameful company who shouldn't be allowed to trade!

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. All items are from China - NOT LONDON!!! They take a month to arrive, the size is tiny and the quality dreadful. You have to return to China at your own cost. SCAMMERS that shouldn't be allowed to operate.

Do not order from this place. I’m still waiting for my order and it’s been nearly a month. Don’t waste your time and money.

Still awaiting for a reply to ruturn and item from June! I have emailed them four times.

I so wish I’d seen these reviews first ! Ordered a £100 trouser suit waited weeks it came in a tiny package, creased, zips didn’t work shocking quality made for a doll. Been offered a £10 refund , offered to send it back and pay £30 and get £70 refund that’s the last I’ve heard. Disgusting please avoid at all costs. They don’t even deserve 1 star but no option for nil

Absolutely the worst experience I've ever had. The order took over two weeks to arrive, too late for the event I needed it for. Shoes were impossibly tight and small so tried to send them back. Aurelle London lied about this. When I sent proof they said they would send a prepaid label, otherwise it can cost up to £30 and take up to 6 weeks to get a refund. I'm not even sure if I will ever get a refund at all. They are NOT based in London , only the offices are in based in the Netherlands. The return s have to go to China. After promising a return label they have not sent it, reply with automatic responses and do not read my emails. Absolutely shocking. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!
Update! Having promised a prepaid label, the company now say that they can't send one, even though they promised it, because it's not part of their policy. I could almost laugh!

The white linen shirt for £34 took ages to arrive and the quality was terrible. It looked nothing like the pictures and is a yellowed white made in China and so thin its not wearable and all the stitching is coming undone already and the buttons falling off. It is truely terrible and I am now reading that I have fallen fowl to this sort of scam!

AVOID at all costs! Not UK based..item is nothing like the picture!! Quality is shocking, took over 2 weeks to arrive. Returns are based in China and the buyer is responsible for all return costs in my case this is £35 for one item! What you see is definitely not what you get pictures are heavily edited. TEMU quality !!

Appalling….absolute scam… dress finally arrived rolled up in a plastic envelope with no labels. Appalling quality..polyester not linen as advertised. How are these “companies “ allowed to operate??

I ordered a dress that was described as being a linen shirt dress. The dress arrived and the fabric is synthetic, definitely not linen or any natural fibre. I am now going through the returns process to find that I have to send the item back to an address in China. This dress cost more than £70.

The dress was advertised as linen in a stylish looking photo on the Aurelle website. It arrived looking like a dowdy housecoat with a label saying 100% polyester. The returns policy is that you must pay to send it to China. Have email to say I should not pay and requesting a prepaid label but don’t expect a response. Lesson learned

I made a huge mistake by not checking this site for customer reviews.The quality is simply disgusting, these are scammers who earn money by deceiving people without fear of punishment.I don't understand what to do to punish them for cheating.Just a kick-ass.😡🫣

Let me join everyone else .... bought two linen shorts. Really poor quality thin material, poor stitching, threads loose. Arrived in 2 Shein bags. I make a point of not ordering anything from the Shein website for obvious reasons. At £26 each I have wasted £52 and not wearable and only good for the recyclers.
How do you sleep at night?

Order a prom outfit and it hasn’t arrived tracking details keep changing and it show delivered even though it wasn’t a huge let down this company. Very disappointing to say

Complete scam they don’t send any of the dresses over nor do they reply to emails I waiting up to 4 weeks for my so called dress to arrive before looking at reviews and seeing that is is a company from over seas and isn’t actually based in London
