Scam. Clothes take ages to arrive and are not what you see on website. Cheap and nasty 100% polyester. No information to return. Trust pilot reviews on website are lies.

Terrible items, terrible customer service. Said I had to return to china and pay for international costs even though their website does not state this and claims they operate from London

Scam , bought a dress 39.95 on 14th March. Dress really poor quality . Returned it at the post office track and trace for £20.00. Aurelle London still has not received dress and I have not received refund . Scam . Do not order . Company stealing peoples money .

Absolutely horrific experience with this company. Ordered 2 dresses - never arrived. They sent a picture from the ‘courier’ of someone holding a parcel by a gate as ‘proof of delivery’, and are now not responding to emails as part of my chase for a full refund. Wish I’d seen these reviews first - AVOID!!! They are refusing to accept any responsibility. Scammy little company with no morals, dignity or integrity. Have passed to my bank to pursue now, who are also informing police for illegal activity (withholding people’s money/theft/fraud) as well as Trading Standards/Ombudsman, as am I as well, so I’m pursuing this from absolutely every angle. It looks as though Trading Standards/Police may also find several other cases of the same thing from other reviews on here, so this could also go much further and be very detrimental for the company, hopefully.

This is a scam. I brought a dress worth £39.99, it came, , it is so cheap and I could not wear it in public. I have to pay the cost to return to China and have no doubt that they wont refund me if I do. Do not order

I purchased a dress for £39.95. It came as a top and skirt. It was the worst quality garment I have ever bought. Thin cheap material. Offered to pay back £20, but I wouldn’t have wanted it for £5. Could have sent it back to China ( even though the website has a London address) Lost my case against them with PayPal.
Disgusted!!

SCAM!!!!!! I fell for their advertisement and placed an order 3weeks ago, the first response I got from the company was that my order was delayed due to an over seas shipment from china.
3 weeks later they are ignoring my emails and I’ve still not received my order nor refund.
Complete Scam!!!!

Terrible quality , the products are nothing like in the picture !
Also the sizes are too small .
Please don’t buy from this website it’s a scam .

Very poor quality fabric and manufacturing. The 30 day money back is unreal… read the small print.
I’ve lost money so would not use them again or anything with London in the name. They are not a UK company. Sad that I fell for the advertisement.

Absolutely terrible quality, not the colour seen on the website, slow delivery and no information on how to return item. Thoroughly disappointed

My own fault for not checking but this is a con, quality is awful, no lining in coat and and of course you have to return to Aisa. DO NOT USE.
