Absolutely disgraceful!!! the coat I received looks nothing like the website!! a thin piece of fabric sewn wide and messy!!!!! Dont order from this website!

Oh my god it’s totally awful . My daughter is in pieces as it was for my birthday.
Will she not get a refund? It’s completely different colour and style !!!!!

Do not purchase anything from this company its a total scam, they should not be allowed to trade, they use adverts from reputable company's and copy their designs the dress I received I would not use as a duster let alone wear it, no returns policy other then pay to ship it back to China at your own cost which there no mention of when purchased. To put this review on I have had to tick one star, I would not have ticked even one star they are a scam company.

Complete Scam - do not purchase

Dress received nothing like the picture - despite the 30 day return guarantee they tried to firstly get me to accept any other item, then 20% refund value, then 30% value or return for a fee of between £30-40 to China. At no point prior to purchase was I aware it was coming from china and post mark was not China either. Thankfully credit card company refunded as I had photographs of what I thought I had purchased as well as the rag that arrived.

I wish I had read all the dreadful reviews before I purchased 3 dresses, which were cheap and tacky to say the least!! I was determined to get my £85 refund so paid the postage to return it - to CHINA 😠 at the address given by them, it sat in customs for months only to be returned to me today…I am disgusted and will be taking it further.

This item is nothing like the photograph.... the stitching is puckered around the seams, the colour of the black fabric on the upper body and pocket does NOT match the black background colour of the printed areas. The fabric is thin and the white backing colour shows through the stitching holes.
I wish I had read the reviews before I parted with £40 for what is nothing more than a "Charity Shop Basket Filler" ABSOLUTE SCAM...BEWARE..
NO REPLY TO my EMAILS, other than to offer me another dress!!!,, in a DIFFERENT SIZE ??? at the cost of approximately £20 postage to be paid by me!!

If I could give them 0 stars I would. Not London - China - quality dreadful and communications are useless. I am trying to get a refund to no avail. Why should I pay shipping to China. They are promoted as a UK company. Horrendous experience. Stay clear

They don’t even deserve 1 star! What an absolutely disgraceful scam. The quality of my dress is dreadful. When I requested a refund, they offer an exchange - but at my expense. I’ve had three emails offering alternative options but no option for a refund. Avoid them like the plague!

Misleading ads. This company ships from China not London. Delivery takes a long time and I ordered for a holiday - it’s still not arrived!
The company should be clear they are not London based as suggested. Note to self - double check details and reviews in future.

The dress I ordered looks nothing like the photo on the website. The quality is worse than poor and the dress is too small and short even though it’s meant to be a maxi dress! I’ve tried 3 times now just to get a returns label and they just keep trying to send me a replacement first saying I had to pay shipping on a replacement and now they offered to pay shipping if I’ll take a replacement! I just want a refund for a rubbish item!! Absolute con. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!

Scam, when ordering my dress it was in stock, all of a sudden out of stock, the message sent to me was one of their international company would send it. 😡😡😡

Scam- whole site is a scam China not London. Don't give refunds and ask you to post back to China at your expense. This "company" or Mr Li in China should be taken down from facebook and instagram and the web.

Absolute rubbish, poor material and very badly made dress. Nothing like the picture. Asked for a refund, either return it to South East Asia at own cost or accept 30% refund. Accepted refund and the dress is now in the bin. Lesson learnt make sure you do your research before ordering.

Wish I read these before purchasing, Windsor London was advertising same dress which I bought, they say family company since 1996 in London.
Return is to Asia warehouse, cost £15-20 so I accepted 50% refund and kept shabby dress, unwearable and terribly made.
I contact trading standards to be told they are based in Netherlands so we can’t operate English law on them.
Avoid WINDSOR LONDON and AuRELLE LONDON absolute scammers!!

Would give them zero stars if I could. Items are really poor quality, do not match images on the site. Returned it as instructed (paid international shipping). Aurelle London still has not received return and I have not received my refund. Do not order from here and waste your money, this has been two months now since my order and no sign of refund

Scam. Clothes take ages to arrive and are not what you see on website. Cheap and nasty 100% polyester. No information to return. Trust pilot reviews on website are lies.
