I bought a jacket for £45. I just no longer needed it and I requested for a return the following day of me receiving this item and they’ve only offered 10% and then when I disputed it they then agreed to give me a full refund, but they are not taking responsibility for the return and asked me to pay £30 for shipping. This company is a total scam and it’s not a company in the UK. It’s China base please please avoid this company. Do not purchase anything.

Do not buy from this company it is a scam. I paid £35.95 for a coat and said they are giving me 10% back which equals £4. Quality is rubbish and item dont fit.

I can't believe how bad the quality of the clothing. I brought what was suppose to be a teddy coat. I lining is hanging out, it's so thin. It looks like a dressing gown. The quality is horrendous. I also waited over 2weeks for delivery, i had to email them as i couldn't even track the items. Please don't buy for here you'll regret the pictures they display is not what your getting. Absloute fraud honestly!!

Scam! Bought a dress that didn’t fit properly so asked to return it £8.50 they’ve quoted me and the dress was only £35.
Iv said that’s ridiculous considering they don’t actually state a fee it’s just states there is a fee to return!24hrs later return fee is £30 to return it to china.

There a scam don’t bother and the material on there dresses are awful so the quality isn’t worth the stress money or anything for that matter

Do NOT buy from this company! It is in China and deliveries take ages from there and returns are difficult to process with customer service. They offered 10% refund on an item that was shockingly poor quality. Return costs £30!!

What a absolute disgrace paid 39.99 for a dress its rubbish and would cost 22.50 to send back shein are selling same dress for 3.97 its not even worth wearing absolutely fuming paid through pay pal seeking legal advice

DO NOT purchase from this site … it’s a total scam… not remotely related to London or the UK … it China , poor quality expensive items that take forever to arrive and you can’t return unless you want to spend another £30 to return.
Will be reporting , it needs removing from social media immediately before they scam more people out of their hard earned money

Why is this company allowed to advertise on instagram when all reviews say the same thing. Ordered bag 14 December 2025. Not had an update despite sending multiple emails. Shocking deceitful company. Won’t ever order from instagram again - even though I checked out the website.

Beyond awful! Makes you think everything comes from Amsterdam and it actually come from China! You ask for a refund and they say you have to pay £30 or will offer 10%! Awful customer service and awful items!

Would score a zero terrible quality. A coat made from felt and see through nothing like the images. Absolute rip off! Also not a uk company

Ordered 3rd December and still not arrived. All Tracking info stopped from 13th December so don’t think I’m even going to get it!

Ordered a dress on 26th November and it wasn’t dispatched for over a week, contacted the company multiple times to cancel my order which I was advised was not possible due to it having been dispatched already - it hadn’t been. Then it was finally moving and it tuned out it was being shipped from China, I then did some research into the company and found out I should be never ordered in the first place. My dress arrived on the 15th December absolutely nothing like the photos on their website, extremely poor quality and honestly just laughable. I contacted them for a refund and return info, the return address is China so would’ve cost a fortune and they advised they’d only issue a 30% refund. I used chat GPT to word a threatening email regarding this advising them I would contact my bank to dispute the transaction (section 75 as I used a credit card) and would contact trading standards about them. Only then did they agree to issue a full refund although I haven’t yet received this.

I would give this company 0 stars if I could! Stay clear of these scammers! Pictures on the website are fake and what I received is the poorest quality coat. I checked the website before ordering that it was UK based and nowhere did it say that the warehouse was based in China. I have followed the return process only to be offered a 10% refund!! After refusing this they have asked me to send it to the warehouse advising that the cost will be £30 either way I am out of pocket! Absolutely disgusting company. Do not mafe the same mistake as me.

Terrible company items are very poor states netherlands but realky china. Trued ti return item but tild me to return to china cist 30.00 ... offer 10% keep item but item not worth keeping. Winter coat thin as cotton terrible so disappointed

DO NOT BUY FROM!!! SCAM!!! Pictures are fake I ordered a black sparkly jumpsuit and a cream and black lace cheap fabric material came!! Messaged them saying I want to return and refund, and how upset I was and they said products are from china and they’ll give me 10% off!!! Fighting them for full refund and raised dispute with my bank

I wish you could give no stars l begrudge giving one. I ordered ( why l didn’t check the reviews first l dont know l always do) a mustard coloured coat. After a months a beige coloured one arrived in the most strange material it looks disgraceful. As others have said l was offered 20% off and l could keep the so called coat. It’s only fit to put in a dog basket.

I don't know what happened with me and didn't check this shop review before purchase. All above review 100% true. My items arrived in teenagers size and the seller just offered 20% off refund+ keep the items or full refund but postage relays on my expense,(£42 postage cost). I not understanding why this scam website still exists. On this days customer right not protecting anymore.
