Back2 the drawing board
Ted Boyle (Edward) the company director took it upon himself to provide support when I had an issue where parcel force failed to deliver my office chair. Initially his and his team’s service was good, he promised to look into things and send a replacement chair.
Parcel force had quite clearly delivered it to the wrong address and to the wrong gender of person. They did not obtain a signature or name or even manage to capture identifying features beyond that of a woman’s body they delivered to in the “proof of delivery” picture. No door number, no face, no name.
After a few weeks Ted unpleasantly and quite rudely insinuated that I had something to do with the missing parcel today despite him having access to the above information.
I understand that questions must be asked when a parcel is missing but these questions became excessive, repeating questions that were asked on the day the parcel was missing and becoming more and more accusatory.
I don’t blame Back2 for the missing parcel. And was happy to work with them until Ted became involved and provided poor service and basically accused me of a crime.
I wish I had just ordered directly from Herman Miller.

Excellent Customer Service
Back2's customer support when choosing the right desk chair for my home-office was second to none. I reached out to a couple of companies as I wanted to get it right. Martin answered all my questions and explained his recommendations clearly so I could make an informed choice. I am delighted with my new chair and my only problem is keeping the rest of the family off it, so I get a look in! Perhaps there will be some more orders from us soon.

Not a serious company
I have ordered 2 Moll desks for my daughters , it says 4 to 6 weeks on the website. it has been 8 weeks. If you don't chase them up they will never get back to you and give you an update. We kept calling them, they kept saying that delivery will be next week but not guaranteed, so we keep waiting. They have no shame.
