Good business. Got a Herman Miller Aeron (they're an official retailer) for quite a bit cheaper than elsewhere, with free delivery, too. And fast. I wish the manufacturing label were in a more convenient location on the chair though, I can't really get to it, so I would have liked a paper copy, perhaps.

I've lived in Scotland for most of my life, currently down by the border near Carlisle. Upon buying an item from Back2, I was contacted by them telling me that an additional delivery charge was applicable for all Scottish addresses. I have come across this for remote (Highlands and Islands etc) locations before, but not for the central belt or mainland. I pointed out that a) I live further South than Newcastle, b) The local delivery depot to me is in England and finally c) I have never in my life had this experience.

I can only conclude that Back2 have no real interest in business from North of the border. I am yet to be refunded.

I would suggest that Back2 change their policy to be in line with that of literally every online retailer I've ever encountered, or to insert a step in their checkout process to make this policy clearer - rather than calling up customers to charge them more money post-purchase.

Purchased 2 Herman Miller Aeron chrome desk chairs. Hand delivered assembled next day. Such amazing service. Wow!

Everything worked out perfectly and everyone was very nice.

Quick and prompt service, but only allowing 2 weeks return on a chair is not enough at all.
Any development of back or issues with with the chair are not going to show up within 2 weeks.

I didn't know about Back2 until I really needed an ergonomic chair and started searching - I'm glad they appeared in the results and they also had the best prices. I received a call after making the order to confirm everything, they were friendly and very professional and also invited me to test some of the options. They took care of the delivery too and I think this matters since a regular delivery company might not be very careful. It's almost a year later, no issues, happy days.

I chose to purchase from Back2 as the price of the office chair I wanted was very competitive. Some 2 hours after ordering, I was phoned and asked if they could deliver tomorrow. The chair was delivered within 20hrs of ordering on-line. That's great service.

I didn't receive an email when the chair was out for delivery & I only called the office when I received an email to ask "How did we do" which I thought was odd as I had not received any goods, when I called they said it was out for delivery that day and luckily I was at home? The chair turned up and I put it together and it is the most comfortable office chair, I love it. It is so supportive for my back and I cannot believe I used a dining chair for 3 years, wish I had bought it sooner.
