Refunds take too long!
The clothes are superb. Wear well, wash well and here for the long haul together with being great value for money!
I have an issue with Returns. I've just returned one item - my fault for ordering wrong size.
The processing period is too long by far! Most Companies refund customers immediately on receipt of returns. Why will it take Bamboo 14+ days to refund? Amazon lead the market with instant refunds as do others?

I bought the same packet of multi socks…
I bought the same packet of multi socks a few years apart and I’m surprised at the drop in quality. The socks are now shiny which says to me the fabric quality has changed. I will not be buying again.

My favourite leggings
Only just started using BAM this year which I mention because other reviewers say there has been a drop in quality....which I've not seen. The items I've bought this year have been great. Sizing has been a bit difficult to get used to, but with BAM offering free returns, this was easy to sort out and find my BAM sizing. I've ordered several Enduro leggings (mainly for workouts/yoga/pilates) and several Flow tops (for yoga/pilates). I would say that I prefer the solid colour leggings rather than the patterned - I tried a couple of patterns but they are printed onto light fabric and so when stretched you can see the lighter colour. The solid colour ones are great and have so far washed well. But most of all I love the feel of the fabric compared to my other brand leggings. Fit is a little different to my 'plasticy' ones but after getting used to them, my Enduro leggings are definitely my favourites to wear. The flow tops are also great.......staying put when you're in different poses. Deliveries have been speedy and well packaged. Returns have been easy.

This company angers me
This company angers me. It is sizist and heightist! Since when was size 14 considered large and size 16 XL 🤷🏼♀️ That all depends on height. The term is offensive. A 5’ woman who is size 14 may be classed as overweight in terms of BMI, but a 5’10” size 14 would not. It claims that bamboo clothing is excellent for fitness activities, yet it excludes the very people that would benefit most, by not offering larger sizes. Make your mind up BAM. Are you a fashion brand for posers or are you really trying to encourage people to get fit? At the moment, your sizing policy would suggest the former.

We certainly do not intend to offend or exclude anyone. Our clothing range currently stocks sizes up to a UK size 18, which we classify as Extra Large based on our internal sizing structure and supplier grading. We completely appreciate that clothing sizes can feel very different depending on height, body shape, and individual fit preferences, and we understand the points you have raised regarding this.
Regarding our sizing availability, as a smaller company, our range is currently based largely on customer demand and the production limitations that come with being an independent brand. Stitching failing after only a few wears
Nice and soft leggings but the fit is a bit weird. They bunch at the knees in an odd way. Also disappointed that the stitching on the seams is failing after only a few wears. Bought in January 26 and worn maybe 8 times since then,

I really wanted to love BAM
I really wanted to love BAM. I am very supportive of sustainable brands and was excited to receive my order, as I thought I had found a clothing company close to my own values. Unfortunately, I was really disappointed.
I followed the sizing guidance on the BAM website and ordered my usual size. I am a UK size 12 and chose a medium in both items: the Luxe Long Sleeve Yoga Top in Oatmeal Marl and the Ultimate Balm High Waisted Legging in Turtle Dove, 7/8 length.
The top was so poorly sized that I knew immediately I would need to return it. I hoped the leggings might be better, but after wearing them for one Pilates class they became so baggy that they were slipping down and felt unwearable and annoyingly also unreturnable.
For a company built around sustainability, I would expect much more care to be taken with sizing, fit and quality control. Poorly judged sizing means customers have to return items, which adds unnecessary carbon impact and undermines the sustainable values the brand promotes.
I am genuinely disappointed, as I was looking forward to this order and wanted to support the brand. Sadly, based on this experience, I would be reluctant to order again.

poise yoga pants
I ordered the poise yoga pants. They were fine when I went to a vinyasa class in a cold studio but having just done a rocket class in a warmer studio the trousers changed colour with my sweat! This was super embarrassing. The fabric is very thin so I have found you can see the lines of underwear through the trousers (after having tried various seamless ones with them as well). Comfy for chilling at home but wouldn’t wear them out of the house again!

The Poise fabric is designed to be lightweight and soft for comfort and ease of movement, but with lighter colourways this can unfortunately mean that sweat marks and underwear lines may be more visible, particularly during higher-intensity or hot classes. We appreciate that this wasn’t what you were hoping for when wearing them for studio workouts.
We’re glad to hear you found them comfortable for lounging, but we understand your disappointment that they haven’t worked for the type of practice you intended them for. Quality has taken a nosedive.
Have bought so much over the years from BAM but they continue to cut costs and now the products are unrecognisable from their origins. The t shirts and boxers used to be great, they now call them “air” and are so thin they are see through. The leggings are even worse. They used to be known for the market beating quality. Now they sell the same rubbish you get anywhere else (albeit with great prints still). Tragic that they have taken a once great product/business and ruined it in search of cost reduction and company profit.

BAM is a wonderful ethical company. Their clothes are comfortable, well fitting and soft. The clothes are good and there is nothing not to like, delivery always on time. Love the occasional surprise of the socks.

Poor quality material.
I have been a customer with Bam clothing for a number of years and have particularly loved their long and short sleeved tops.
I recently bought another short sleeved gathered hem top and oh my goodness what a change in material quality! Poor quality and it has lost it's shape after only two washes. Very very disappointing and shameful Bam.
I suspect you are cutting corners, trying to save money from buying second rate material to replace the original but still charging the original prices.
So many reviews saying the same thing. My constructive suggestion would be to return to your original high quality materials, then perhaps your ratings would start rising again.
I am afraid, in the meantime, that you have lost a loyal customer. It's very frustrating as I loved these tops.

Mens socks very comfortable while they…
Mens socks very comfortable while they last which isn't long. Everytime I wear them and remove they leave a lot of lint on my foot and the carpet. The toe material particularly fluffy and loose knitted. They appear to be disintegrating from the start. I estimate about 20 wears and I have holes in the toes even being careful to keep nails trimmed. I bought two packs of the same to be able to replace holed ones when repairing repairing becomes difficult

Great customer service
I had to return an item. The item was high quality but it just wasn't for me in terms of the fit and fabric. Customer service was excellent. My tag had fallen off when trying on (due to the type of materials used for the tag) and they were very understanding and helpful. I highly recommend this company!

I’ve been a BAM customer for more years…
I’ve been a BAM customer for more years than I can remember and have been an absolute devotee of their clothing, their quality and their customer service. However, the last few things I’ve bought are thinner and generally just lower quality. On checking, I see that the last thing I bought was made in China whereas when they were good, it was all made in Turkey. I’m assuming this is saving them money but I’m very disappointed to have lost my love of my favourite brand.

Their leggings sizing is inconsistent, size 8 is tiny
Update: put up to 4* due to reply and my most recent positive experience buying from them.

In general I love BAM products and have bought from them several times.
However, since they’re pricey, I bought some size 8 Enduro 7/8 leggings from Vinted (New with tags). They are incredibly small, not snug (I am usually a size 8 or i fit size 6 in some brands). I used to be unhealthily underweight and I wouldn’t have even got them on then. I’m not going to even try them on my size 6 daughter because they wouldn’t even fit her either, they may have when she was 10. They are at most a size 4. I could just about get them above my ankles but it was uncomfortable.
The seller on Vinted couldn’t have shrunk them because they are pristine and there was a sticker still stuck on in the inside. I have also tried new different leggings direct from BAM years ag. They weren’t quite as bad. I couldn’t get them over my bum and they were tight on the thighs (probably dangerous to wear them too long), I guess I could have sized up though for them, it’s just annoying when non-leggings products fit normally.
Anyway, when I looked on the website reviews for the Enduro leggings, only one review seemed to say they were tiny. Others said perfect fit or too baggy. So sizing seems very inconsistent. I also bought another size of these for my sister in December (direct from BAM) and she said they fit true to size (and finds them comfy).
Anyway, if they want to make size 4 clothing then they should make it, just don’t put a size 8 label on it! And they need calf and thigh circumference measurements on their size guide too because they don’t usually get far enough to reach hips and waist!
